Last week, a very good friend of mine requested that I come to witness the opening of another section of her female beautification centre. Previously, she only specialised in hair making and over the years she got really good at it.
I remember her mentioning during one of my trips to her shop that she planned on opening another section to provide an additional source of income and prevent boredom due to monotony. Since she barely dabbled on the topic I assumed it was going to take way longer to manifest but surprisingly, it didn't.
In a bid to honour her invitation, I went to her shop and the new section added was a pedicure and manicure section which in my opinion goes hand in hand with the hair section. It makes it easier for ladies to get a beautiful hairdo and their nails done in the same vicinity
One thing I really like about this friend is the fact that whenever she sets her mind to do something, she does it as best she can. According to what she told myself and a few other people who came that day, she had undergone proper training and was ready to put her knowledge to work. With that, I decided to give her services a chance.
I told her to do whatever she wanted with my fingernails and she did. I'm not one to use shouty and distracting colours on my fingernails and neither do I like extremely lengthy nail extensions. Surprisingly without any form of instructions, the friend skillfully gave me a simple manicure in a colour I never would have gone for. The colour turned out really pretty at the end of the day and the length of the nail extensions was just ideal. One can only imagine how good my new set of nail extensions made me feel.
For a person who just started a manicure and pedicure business, she beat my expectations and at this rate, she is going to excel extremely.
I cannot count the number of people who mentioned that the nails looked simple but really pretty. I, on the other hand, have grown to love these nail extensions in general.
Not only do manicured nails boost one's confidence, a manicure or pedicure session from time to time helps to improve our nail's overall health.
With that said, I'd like to point out that manicure and pedicure sessions are not only for females. As such do not hesitate to book yourself a session today as this could in a way make you feel good too.
