Namaste to all food lovers!
If you search on Google now, you might find this pepper somewhere on the third or fourth position, but even then, it will be considered among the world's spiciest peppers. A few years ago, it also received the title of World's Spiciest Pepper in the Guinness Book of World Records, and its name is the Ghost Pepper.

About 3 years ago, I had a client of my age from Dibrugarh, Assam, who told me about this pepper for the first time because this pepper is grown in the same North East part of India. Since then, I have been excited to taste this pepper. Processed versions of this pepper are available here, but I never got fresh pepper. Now, a few days ago, I saw this pepper at a shop in the vegetable market of my area, and the tears of joy welled up in my eyes, and I bought not a few grams but a full 1 kg of Fresh Ghost Pepper. I am saying 1 kg like this because, being the world's spiciest, usually half of this pepper is enough to make food spicy for 4 people. So in such a situation, people usually buy it in dried packets or pickles instead of fresh ones.

And now I am super excited to use this pepper in my cooking and I am going to get a chance tomorrow as my wife is going to meet her friends tomorrow so my plan is to make something for myself using probably 2 ghost peppers and if all goes well then I will share my experience with you probably the day after tomorrow.
I hope you enjoyed my spicy blog!😋
