It's great to have this chance to join #phonography contest again this week. Happy to be able to squeeze it it in my busy schedule this month, at the same time feeling a little under the weather.
This week's contest, I am sharing a few photographs that I had taken while in the walk with friends.
My friends and I decided to finish our walk that morning because of the heat.
We took this short cut to go back to where we have started. And I got excited to see these ducks enjoying the water. I am sure they're feeling the heat, too and they know how to combat its effect on their bodies.
The two ducks in the photo above were coming towards where I was standing.
While these couple were going the opposite direction.
Maybe the couple coming towards me had just finished their swim while the other couple were just going and if you notice there are another couple of ducks enjoying the dip from a distance.
Well, I thought they'll come really close to me but the first one turned around gone a bit shy I guess. 😅
I had a bit of uncertainties...will these ducks come and attack me? Or when they come really close, can I give them a stroke or a pat? Did I upset them for being in their way?
Well, I decided to just say my goodbyes so they'll have their peace and quiet. 😊 Was so cool to witness these creatures enjoying themselves. Fun time! 🥰
