Panama Rose 🌸 - Phone Photography Contest ~50

in Feel Good β€’ last month

Hello everyone! πŸ‘‹ Great to be back again... joining this cool #phonography contest which is being hosted by our good friend @untilwelearn...

Today, I'll enter my captures of this "survivor" flowering plant in our little garden.

I said survivor because most of our flowering plants didn't survive the presence of the workers when the new house was being built.

We got rid of the house that had given me flooding trauma the other year, so we need a house to live in. We got one built which hopefully, will keep us comfortable enough even when it pours with rain.

While we like plants, the workers obviously don't care about them. So we lost quite a lot and now we're trying to move on.

So happy that this one survived. It was looking very sad but once my sister put it in front of the house, it started to look better. I'd like to see it grow more leaves and flowers like it should be.

I so love its sweet pink flowers. They have a light scent during daytime and getting stronger at dusk which I find very interesting.

And by the way, this plant is also called "bush penta" as it has similarities with pentas flowers, although I can tell the difference right away as I think pentas look more delicate and panama rose or bush penta looks hardy.

Someday, I'm sure with some "TLC" (tender loving care), this panama rose will flourish and spread its sweet scent around. πŸ₯°πŸŒΈπŸ’•

This is all for now... have a wonderful day/evening, everyone! πŸ€—πŸ’―πŸ’«πŸ’’πŸ’₯

I can imagine the day when this plant will grow denser and dozens of flowers will bloom on it. πŸ₯° I don't know the backstory of this flood trauma but I am sure it must have been a very bad experience. I hope everything is good and beautiful in the new house. πŸ€—

That's a very exciting thought! πŸ₯°
It was a terrible experience it's why been traumatised. πŸ˜₯ Thank you for your good wishes. Hoping the same way. πŸ™
