It is a true passion to plant in our own vegetable garden or orchard. Since many years ago when I was just an teenager, I learned it from my mother. She always used to plant at home and from her I learned many things about different plants.

Nature gives us a lot of life and health, it is in us to allow us to obtain the necessary knowledge, to treasure them. This will allow us in life to know about the habits and customs of plants. In addition to how to provide the food or nutrients that each species needs to give a greater contribution of products to our table.
Over the years my love for plants of various species, was growing in me. With the technological advances my knowledge was expanding, thanks to online information. To the point that nowadays I have many plants in my small garden that cover many daily needs.

Ginger plant
At the beginning I only planted for myself, but I realized that many people passed by my garden and asked me for plants. And they still do today, they ask for small branches, fruits, or flowers from my garden. I decided to have a small nursery, where I plant the plants in pots, in growing bags, and in plastic containers that I recycle from products that I have already used.

This is how I have spent more than 10 years in my small nursery. Plants that grow very well in pots set an example for people who excuse themselves that their houses have floors that are inappropriate for planting. When they mention that detail I immediately make them see my plants with fruits in pots.

Fig plant
I have a potted pomegranate plant. At present, it has only one pomegranate left but at other times it has had more than 6 pomegranates, it is about a meter tall plant. I also have a soursop plant that has not yet borne fruit, but I can take its leaves and make a delicious tea.

In another pot is planted a cherry plant. It has already loaded another time, I hope it will do it again soon this year.

In the ground, in my garden, I have several plants of banana, they are dwarf plants that give clusters of their fruits all year round. There are also bananas and camburs. They are very noble plants. They need a lot of sun and abundant water.
I also have turmeric plants, which I have just harvested to prepare my own powdered spice. The ginger one did not bear fruit as it was ravaged by cats when I planted it.

Curcuma plant root
I have basil, delicious in meals, and large-leaf oregano, also for tea, infusions, and meals.
I tell you all this because it is so comforting to produce our own spices and fruits, that I would never stop planting as long as my body allows it. I hope that those who do not have this taste for sowing at home will be stimulated to do it and then they can feel the satisfaction of the harvest.
Greetings to the entire @fellgood community on my first post and entering the @untilwelearn contest.
