Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes esta sabrosisima chicha de pasta, receta que me enseño mi esposa @chironga67 y es la favorita de mi suegra , se puede preparar con cualquier tipo de pasta ya sea corta o larga , en esta oportunidad yo use pasta corta.
Today I want to share with you this tasty pasta chicha, recipe that my wife @chironga67 taught me and is my mother-in-law's favorite, can be prepared with any type of pasta either short or long, this time I used short pasta.
INGREDIENTES// INGREDIENTS.
200 gramos de pasta
8 cucharadas de leche
Azúcar al gusto.
Agua(cantidad necesaria)
Vainilla (opcional)
200 grams of pasta
8 tablespoons of milk
Sugar to taste.
Water (amount needed)
Vanilla (optional)
PREPARACION//PREPARATION
Comienzo mi preparacion primero por poner a cocinar la pasta en 2 litros de agua aproximadamente por 1/2 hora ( puede ser más o menos dependiendo del fuego de su cocina ) una vez que la pasta esta lista se apaga y se deja enfriar.
I begin my preparation first by cooking the pasta in 2 liters of water for approximately 1/2 hour (it can be more or less depending on the fire of your kitchen) once the pasta is ready, turn it off and let it cool.
Luego coloco( yo prepare todo en dos partes ya que no entra toda en la licuadora de una sola vez ), y le eche un vaso de agua , 4 cucharadas de leche y 3 cucharadas de azúcar, se licuan bien todos los ingredientes, ( si la mezcla esta muy espesa le pueden agregar un poco mas de agua). Dependiendo del gusto de ustedes le pueden agregar más azúcar y si prefieren tambiem un poco de vainilla y listo ya tenemos nuestra chicha casera de pasta
.Then I put (I prepared everything in two parts since it does not fit all in the blender at once), and I add a glass of water, 4 tablespoons of milk and 3 tablespoons of sugar, blend all the ingredients well (if the mixture is too thick you can add a little more water). Depending on your taste you can add more sugar and if you prefer a little vanilla and ready we have our homemade chicha paste.
La echamos en un vaso con bastante hielo y a saborear nuestra rica chicha. también podemos colocarle un poco de canela en polvo y leche condensada les aseguro que queda riquísima
We pour it in a glass with plenty of ice and enjoy our delicious chicha. We can also add a little cinnamon powder and condensed milk, I assure you that it is delicious..
