Happy world honey bee day !
Today, I will be sharing how I made a bee with cardboard.
I will like to start by saying that it wasn't easy getting those steps and I also had to take my time to make it look okay.
Equipments used
. Cardboards ( White , yellow and black)
. Gum
. Board marker.
. Ruler 📏
. Bottle top.
Steps taken
I used my ruler to measure 3cm width and 11cm length to get my 2 yellow and black cardboards. Then after I cut out length of 9cm and width of 3cm for my 2 white cardboards.
The next thing I did was to put gum at the edge of my cardboards and merge them together as seen in this picture.
The last black cardboard is going to be the face so you will have to add part of it at the other end and merge them together.
After I was done I took my two white cardboards , join them together , and used my scissors to cut them out like this to get my wings.
Immediately I was done I merged the black and yellow body as well as my white feather and the bee head.

Now , I moved on to use my cover top to get the eyes for my bee. I used scissors cut it out and trim it , then I used my marker to draw the eyes.
Once you have done that, attach the eyes to the face of your bee.
Afterwards , i moved to the legs and in this part, I used my ruler measure 1cm by 14cm on my black paper and used my scissors to cut out 2 cardboards of the same lentgh and width. After cutting them out , gum them together in this cross or X direction.

The next thing to do is to add gum under your bee and gum the legs to it just like this.
After all that, I moved to the antennae. I needed it go be black so I measured 0.8cm width and 14cm length and I moved futher to cut it out with my scissors. After cutting out bend it just as I did mine in section 2.End it by putting gum slightly on the head and merge the antennae to it.

Finally, my bee was ready and completed. Oh, before I forget I did one last thing and that was to bend the legs slightly at the end to make the legs make more sense.
