The water dispenser broke down 10 days ago. But I couldn't get it repaired because I was sick. Malfunction in the water dispenser; It takes water into the tank, but no water flows from the taps. The problem seems to be in the taps. I hope there is no problem with cooling or heating. If there is a problem with cooling and heating, I may have to replace the engine.
I wanted to check it myself before calling a repairman to fix the problem. Dealing with small repairs on household items is enjoyable. It is also very economical. Repairing minor malfunctions can be very costly. I watched a few videos on YouTube. If water does not come from the tap, the tap set is faulty. I have read solutions such as replace the faucet.
First of all, I learned how to open the water dispenser and where the parts are. I opened the panel behind the water dispenser. I saw that it has a very simple working mechanism. There is a large cold water tank and a small hot water tank. The cold water tank has the same working principle as the refrigerator. A small compressor is connected to the hot water tank. And at the bottom there is a small engine. There is a working sound coming from the engine. Hot and cold water warning lights are on. The problem is only in the tap.
There is a faucet panel on the front. Removing the panel was a little difficult. But I finally did it. A mechanism that acts as a very simple pump. I checked the tapware. There is no breakage or wear on the tap set. The inner mechanism has become dislodged. Contact with the tap has been lost. I disassembled the mechanism and reassembled it and as a result, the taps started working. I was very happy to see the taps working.
Without reinstalling the dispenser; I removed the filters and water pipes. I washed each piece. I took care of the dispenser. Especially cleaning the filters is very important for health. After cleaning the pipes, the water flow from the dispenser increased.
Today I made a small repair with a little effort. I enjoyed both. And my money remained in my pocket. I am very happy that the dispenser is working. Büyük bir soğuk su tankı ve küçük bir tane de sıcak su tankı mevcut. Soğuk su tankı buzdolabı ile aynı çalışma prensibine sahip. Sıcak su tankınada küçük bir kompresör bağlı. Ve en altta da küçük bir motor var. Motordan çalışma sesi geliyor. Sıcak ve soğuk su uyarı lambaları yanıyor. Sorun sadece muslukta.
Ön tarafta musluk paneli var. Paneli çıkarmak biraz zor oldu. Ama sonunda başardım. Çok basit bir pompa gorevi gören bir mekanizma. Musluk takımını kontol ettim. Musluk takımında kırılma yada aşınma yok. İç taraftaki mekanizma yerinden çıkmış. Muslukla teması kesilmiş. Mekanizmayı söküp tekrar taktım ve sonuç musluklar çalışmaya başladı. Muslukların çalıştığını görmek beni çok mutlu etti.
Sebili tekrar kurmadan; filtreleri ve su borularını çıkardım. Her bir parçayı yıkadım. Sebilinde bakımını yapmış oldum. Özellikle filtreleri temizlemek sağlık açısından çok önemli. Boruları da temizledikden sonra sebilden su akışı daha fazla oldu.
Bugün birazcık emek harcayarak ufak bir tamirat yaptım. Hem keyif aldım. Hemde param cebimde kaldı. Sebilin çalışmasına çok sevindim. Hasta hasta tamir yaparken emeğim boşa gitse üzülürdüm.
