En esta edición tenemos el testimonio de una diseñadora talentosa, ella es @ikigaidesign. Ha forjado una gran trayectoria en Hive, mostrando su esencia y compartiendo diversas experiencias. Ella no posee un nicho específico, así que aporta valor en diferentes comunidades. Actualmente nos deleita con sus recetas saludables e ingeniosas.
Por otra parte, Nohelys recientemente creó una comunidad denominada Papelería Creativa, le auguramos muchos éxitos en esta nueva faceta como moderadora. Es un honor tenerla acá y que nos cuente cómo han sido estos cinco años creando contenido.

1. Cuéntanos un poco de ti. ¿Quién eres fuera de la pantalla de Hive? (Profesión, hobbies, de dónde eres, etc.)
Me llamo Nohelys, conocida en Hive como @ikigaidesign, soy de Anaco, Anzoátegui, Venezuela, me gradué como ingeniero en Sistemas, trabajé en empresas en la parte administrativa y planificación de proyectos, hasta que, por cosas del destino, empecé a trabajar por mi cuenta desde casa online, me gusta diseñar imágenes, el arte del lettering, y ahora recientemente incursionando en el mundo de la comida y repostería saludable.
Y es que, por motivos de salud, me vi obligada a cambiar mi estilo de vida, aplicando una dieta antiinflamatoria, y haciendo ejercicios, es por ello, que me he propuesto aprender a comer saludable, probando recetas nuevas para mí.
2. ¿Cómo llegaste a Hive y cuál fue tu primera impresión?
Eso es un cuento largo, pero lo resumiré, la conocí indagando por internet, en búsqueda de generar ingresos online, al principio no sabía cómo era, y la abandoné, me fui a la otra plataforma conocida como steemit, allí estuve aprendiendo, como es la creación de contenido, luego de un tiempo, decidí retomarla, entré a las clases de Hive desde cero, empecé a conocerla un poco más, entre las comunidades, los diferentes usuarios, iniciativas, viendo qué tipo de contenido se podía compartir, al ver todo este mundo, me sentí identificada, ya que en la otra plataforma estaba muy limitada.
3. ¿Cuál es la diferencia más grande que ves entre las redes sociales convencionales (como Facebook, Instagram, tik tok, etc) y las redes sociales que hay dentro de Hive?
La diferencia más grande es la monetización, aunque dicen que las otras redes pagan, solo ganan ellos, con tantas exigencias, como la cantidad de seguidores, en Hive bien sabemos que no debemos tener tantos seguidores para empezar a monetizar, aparte de que somos dueños de nuestro contenido, no dependemos de otras plataformas o exigencias para publicar o monetizar.
4. Si tuvieras que definir Hive en una sola frase, ¿cuál sería?
Hive es el lugar perfecto para ser tu mismo sin tantas restricciones.
5. ¿En qué comunidades sueles publicar o interactuar con mayor frecuencia y por qué?
En los últimos meses me he enfocado en publicar en las comunidades de cocina, como Hive food, o Creative cuisine, compartiendo mis recetas, me gusta publicar en mi comunidad de Papelería creativa, con mis ideas creativas, también Lifestyle, donde comparto mi estilo de vida, mis hobbies, experiencias, a veces cuando quiero hacer una reseña de alguna buena película o serie, me voy para Movie tv show, como ven no tengo un nicho fijo, es lo que me encanta de Hive, hay espacio para todo.
Aunque bien es cierto, que muchos recomiendan crear tu nicho, yo no lo veo como una obligación, porque no siempre vas a tener contenido para ese nicho, y si quieres explorar otras comunidades, estás en tu derecho.
6. ¿Cuál ha sido tu mayor logro o la experiencia más gratificante que has tenido en Hive hasta ahora?
Voy para 5 años dentro de la blockchain, han sido poco los logros, pero el más reciente, es el haberme animado a crear mi propia comunidad, sin duda esto es un gran logro para mí, y aunque apenas esta iniciando, tengo fe de que crecerá, he tenido buenos momentos en Hive, participando en iniciativas, aportando mi contenido, y el hecho de que me hayan tomado en cuenta para esta entrevista, es otro gran logro para mí.
7. ¿Qué fue lo más difícil de aprender en tus inicios?
Como dije, al principio me sentía perdida, no sabia nada de maquetado, ni tenia esa habilidad para escribir tanto, sin embargo, con el tiempo, he ido mejorando, gracias al apoyo que recibí con las clases, fui aprendiendo a conocer las comunidades, qué tipo de contenido podía compartir, y así sucesivamente, pienso que aquí lo más difícil es dejarse llevar por las palabras, a muchos les cuesta escribir tanto, y al principio recuerdo que la mayoría de las comunidades tenían esa exigencia del mínimo de palabras, sin embargo, ahora están siendo más flexibles.
8. ¿Cómo describirías tu visión a futuro dentro del ecosistema de Hive?
Me gustaría seguir aportando, creciendo como curadora de contenido, siento que Hive tiene mucho potencial, pero hace falta darle ese empuje, atrayendo a más creadores de contenido, dispuesto a dar lo mejor de ellos, sueño con esa gran subida de la moneda, generando así más valor a nuestras publicaciones.
9. ¿Qué consejo le darías a un hiver que apenas está comenzando?
La verdad, lo que mencioné anteriormente, muchos se limitan porque no se siente capaces de escribir tanto, lo primero es sacarse ese chip, comiencen con algo pequeño, la parte más gratificante de Hive, son esas otras aplicaciones, que nos permiten dar ese paso, con los microblogs, las fotos sencillas, con textos cortos, lo importante es dar ese salto, ya lo demás se los enseña el tiempo y la constancia.
10. Si quieres explicarle Hive a un familiar o amigo, para que se una a la plataforma, ¿qué le dirías para convencerlo?
Bueno primero me aseguraría de que sea una persona que tenga el tiempo suficiente para sentarse con calma a escribir, así sea tres líneas, no todo el mundo está dispuesto, es por ello que casi no comparto y hablo de Hive con familiares o amigos, porque no todos tienen esa capacidad, y ese deseo de plasmar sus habilidades, de crear contenido más extenso.
11. Para finalizar, ¿Has tenido alguna experiencia directa con Hispapro? Si es así, ¿qué tal ha sido?
Es una gran comunidad, donde uno siente ese apoyo desde el inicio, siendo tan positiva y amena, tener ese espacio que te motive a seguir creando, es de gran valor, recientemente me notificaron que fui elegida para ser Curador Embajador, y esto para mí es un gran honor, y lo recibo con mucha alegría, agradecida con ustedes por tomarme en cuenta.

In this edition, we have the testimony of a talented designer, @ikigaidesign. She has forged a great career at Hive, showing her essence and sharing diverse experiences. She does not have a specific niche, so she adds value to different communities. Currently, she delights us with her healthy and ingenious recipes.
On another note, Nohelys recently created a community called Creative Stationery, and we wish her every success in this new role as moderator. It is an honor to have her here and hear about her experiences creating content over the past five years.

1. Tell us a little about yourself. Who are you outside of Hive? (Profession, hobbies, where you're from, etc.)
My name is Nohelys, known on Hive as @ikigaidesign. I'm from Anaco, Anzoátegui, Venezuela. I graduated as a systems engineer and worked in companies in administration and project planning until, as fate would have it, I started working for myself from home online. I like designing images, the art of lettering, and now I'm recently venturing into the world of healthy food and baking.
For health reasons, I was forced to change my lifestyle, adopting an anti-inflammatory diet and exercising. That's why I've decided to learn how to eat healthily, trying out new recipes.
2. How did you find Hive and what was your first impression?
That's a long story, but I'll summarize it. I found it while searching the internet for ways to generate income online. At first, I didn't know what it was like, so I abandoned it and went to another platform known as Steemit. where I learned how to create content. After a while, I decided to give it another try. I took Hive classes from scratch and began to learn a little more about it, including the communities, different users, initiatives, and what kind of content could be shared. When I saw this whole world, I felt identified with it, since the other platform was very limited.
3. What is the biggest difference you see between conventional social networks (such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and the social networks within Hive?
The biggest difference is monetization. Although they say that other networks pay, only they earn money, with so many requirements, such as the number of followers. At Hive, we know that we don't need to have so many followers to start monetizing, apart from the fact that we own our content and don't depend on other platforms or requirements to publish or monetize.
4. If you had to define Hive in one sentence, what would it be?
Hive is the perfect place to be yourself without so many restrictions.
5. Which communities do you usually post or interact with most often and why?
In recent months, I've focused on posting in cooking communities, such as Hive food, or Creative cuisine, sharing my recipes. I like to post in my Creative stationery community, with my creative ideas, and also Lifestyle, where I share my lifestyle, my hobbies, experiences, and sometimes when I want to review a good movie or series, I go to Movie tv show. As you can see, I don't have a fixed niche, which is what I love about Hive—there's room for everything.
Although it's true that many people recommend creating your niche, I don't see it as an obligation, because you're not always going to have content for that niche, and if you want to explore other communities, that's your right.
6. What has been your greatest achievement or most rewarding experience at Hive so far?
I've been in the blockchain for five years now, and I haven't had many achievements, but the most recent one is that I've decided to create my own community. This is definitely a big achievement for me, and although it's just getting started, I have faith that it will grow. I've had good times at Hive, participating in initiatives, contributing my content, and the fact that I've been considered for this interview is another great achievement for me.
7. What was the most difficult thing to learn when you started out?
As I said, at first I felt lost. I didn't know anything about layout, nor did I have the ability to write much, However, over time, I have improved, thanks to the support I received in class. I learned about the communities, what kind of content I could share, and so on. I think the hardest thing here is to let yourself be carried away by words. Many people find it difficult to write so much, and at first, I remember that most communities had a minimum word requirement. However, now they are being more flexible.
8. How would you describe your vision for the future within the Hive ecosystem?
I would like to continue contributing and growing as a content curator. I feel that Hive has a lot of potential, but it needs a boost to attract more content creators who are willing to give their best. I dream of a big rise in the currency, thus generating more value for our publications.
9. What advice would you give to a Hiver who is just starting out?
Honestly, as I mentioned before, many people limit themselves because they don't feel capable of writing so much. The first thing is to get rid of that mindset. Start small. The most rewarding part of Hive is those other applications that allow us to take that step, with microblogs, simple photos, and short texts. The important thing is to take that leap. The rest will be taught by time and perseverance.
10. If you wanted to explain Hive to a family member or friend so they would join the platform, what would you say to convince them?
Well, first I would make sure that they are someone who has enough time to sit down and write, even if it's just three lines. Not everyone is willing to do that, which is why I hardly ever share or talk about Hive with family or friends, because not everyone has that ability and desire to express their skills and create more extensive content.
11. Finally, have you had any direct experience with Hispapro? If so, how has it been?
It's a great community, where you feel that support from the start. It's so positive and enjoyable, and having that space that motivates you to keep creating is invaluable. I was recently notified that I was chosen to be a Curator Ambassador, which is a great honor for me, and I receive it with great joy. I am grateful to you for considering me.
