Una vez más abrimos este espacio para conocer la historia de un nuevo hiver, tenemos el testimonio de @enraizar, él nos compartirá su experiencia dentro de la colmena. Con disciplina y constancia ha consolidado la base de la confianza, de modo que se ha ganado el respeto de la comunidad y forma parte activa de ella.
Su experiencia como psicoterapeuta la hemos visto plasmada en sus posts, donde refiere su punto de vista profesional y brinda orientación con respecto a diferentes temáticas. De igual forma, a través de su mirada conocemos varios lugares de España, ofreciendo información valiosa desde su lente y perspectiva.

1. Cuéntanos un poco de ti. ¿Quién eres fuera de la pantalla de Hive? (Profesión, hobbies, de dónde eres, etc.)
En mi vida fuera de Hive, soy psicólogo sanitario y trabajo en mi propia consulta. Sobre aficiones, se encuentra la música y la lectura. Suelo leer cosas relacionadas con mi profesión.
Vivo en Madrid (España) y soy español.
2. ¿Cómo llegaste a Hive y cuál fue tu primera impresión?
Llegué a Hive por una amiga que publicaba ya en Hive. En principio, abrí una cuenta para poder comentar. A los tres meses, un noviembre (creo) subí mi primer post, en 2023.
Lo primero que me llamó la atención fue la calidad en literatura, arte y fotografía de algunos/as creadores/as.
Lo segundo fue toda la ayuda desinteresada que recibí cuando comencé a publicar.
3. ¿Cuál es la diferencia más grande que ves entre las redes sociales convencionales (como Facebook, Instagram, tik tok, etc) y las redes sociales que hay dentro de Hive?
No participo de otras redes sociales así que a esta pregunta solo puedo dar una pobre respuesta. En Hive no hay censura, es algo que valoro.
4. Si tuvieras que definir Hive en una sola frase, ¿cuál sería?
Una red de gente encantadora. Al menos, en mis dos años por acá es lo que he podido construir.
5. ¿En qué comunidades sueles publicar o interactuar con mayor frecuencia y por qué?
Cuando comencé a publicar en Hive lo hice con la intención de no publicar nada sobre salud mental, así que a excepción de Humanitas y Art Talk, en las que publico por su temática, en el resto de comunidades publico por el buen trato recibido y, claro, por los temas que tratan; YouHive, Hive Colectors, Summer Vibes, Invisible Horizons, EmpowerTalent, Worldmappin, Photo-essay.
6. ¿Cuál ha sido tu mayor logro o la experiencia más gratificante que has tenido en Hive hasta ahora?
Creo que uno de los momentos que más me han alegrado en Hive es cuando recibí el Badge por la publicación más comentada del día. Por lo que significa… una buena red de gente encantadora que me sigue y a la que sigo.
7. ¿Qué fue lo más difícil de aprender en tus inicios?
Mi mayor problema ha sido, y de alguna forma lo es todavía, encontrar las comunidades en las que publicar. Veo que mucha gente publica siempre en las mismas, y de hecho hay Hivers que planifican sus publicaciones por día / comunidad. Yo no soy así, publico según me apetece acercarme a un tema.
8. ¿Cómo describirías tu visión a futuro dentro del ecosistema de Hive?
Mi futuro lo veo como el presente… seguir haciendo amigos/as y publicar una o dos veces por semana.
9. ¿Qué consejo le darías a un hiver que apenas está comenzando?
Que tenga paciencia, y sobre todo que pida ayuda a los discords en español, que vaya a las curaciones. Yo he aprendido mucho en las curaciones de Hispapro.
10. Si quieres explicarle Hive a un familiar o amigo, para que se una a la plataforma, ¿qué le dirías para convencerlo?
Buena pregunta. Solo he logrado que un amigo entre en Hive. La mayoría de mis amigos están en Instagram, algunos con bastante éxito y las recompensas en Hive, para un país como España no son un buen argumento.
He hablado con esto con una amiga japonesa y allí le ocurre lo mismo…
11. Para finalizar, ¿Has tenido alguna experiencia directa con Hispapro? Si es así, ¿qué tal ha sido?
Ya contesté a esta pregunta antes. Tengo muy buena experiencia con las curaciones, no tanto con el Whatsapp (en el que ya no estoy). En mi caso con Hispapro he aprendido a mejorar las publicaciones, a conocer a otros Hivers y me ha ayudado a crecer en Hive.

Once again, we open this space to learn about the story of a new member. We have the testimony of @enraizar, who will share his experience within the community. We have seen his experience as a psychotherapist reflected in his posts, where he shares his professional point of view and offers guidance on different topics. Similarly, through his eyes, we get to know various places in Spain, offering valuable information from his lens and perspective.

1. Tell us a little about yourself. Who are you outside of Hive? (Profession, hobbies, where you're from, etc.)
In my life outside of Hive, I'm a health psychologist and I work in my own practice. As for hobbies, I enjoy music and reading. I usually read things related to my profession.
I live in Madrid (Spain) and I am Spanish.
2. How did you find Hive and what was your first impression?
I found Hive through a friend who was already posting on Hive. At first, I opened an account so I could comment. Three months later, in November (I think), I uploaded my first post, in 2023.
The first thing that caught my attention was the quality of the literature, art, and photography of some of the creators.
The second thing was all the selfless help I received when I started posting.
3. What is the biggest difference you see between conventional social networks (such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and the social networks within Hive?
I don't participate in other social networks, so I can only give a poor answer to this question. There is no censorship on Hive, which is something I value.
4. If you had to define Hive in one sentence, what would it be?
A network of lovely people. At least, in my two years here, that's what I've been able to build.
5. Which communities do you usually post or interact with most often, and why?
When I started posting on Hive, I did so with the intention of not posting anything about mental health, so except for Humanitas and Art Talk, where I post because of their themes, in the rest of the communities I post because of the good treatment I receive and, of course, because of the topics they deal with: YouHive, Hive Collectors, Summer Vibes, Invisible Horizons, EmpowerTalent, Worldmappin, Photo-essay.
6. What has been your greatest achievement or most rewarding experience on Hive so far?
I think one of the moments that has made me happiest on Hive was when I received the Badge for the most commented post of the day. Because of what it means... a good network of lovely people who follow me and whom I follow.
7. What was the most difficult thing to learn when you started out?
My biggest problem has been, and in some ways still is, finding communities to post in. I see that many people always post in the same ones, and in fact there are Hivers who plan their posts by day/community. I'm not like that, I post according to how I feel about a topic.
8. How would you describe your vision for the future within the Hive ecosystem?
I see my future as the present... continuing to make friends and posting once or twice a week.
9. What advice would you give to a Hiver who is just starting out?
Be patient, and above all, ask for help on the Spanish Discords and go to the curations. I've learned a lot from the Hispapro curations.
10. If you wanted to explain Hive to a family member or friend to get them to join the platform, what would you say to convince them?
Good question. I've only managed to get one friend to join Hive. Most of my friends are on Instagram, some quite successfully, and the rewards on Hive aren't a good selling point for a country like Spain.
I've talked about this with a Japanese friend, and she has the same experience...
11. Finally, have you had any direct experience with Hispapro? If so, how was it?
I already answered this question before. I've had a very good experience with the curations, not so much with WhatsApp (which I'm no longer on). In my case, with Hispapro, I've learned to improve my posts, meet other Hivers, and it has helped me grow on Hive.
