A nuestra casa llega @edwardstobia, un músico con una gran trayectoria en la blockchain. Hemos visto su crecimiento como intérprete y sus destrezas con la guitarra. Su voz nos a acompañado en momentos alegres y nostálgicos, siempre regalando melodías que reconfortan el espíritu.
Él se ha desempeñado como moderador del proyecto @curangel y organiza el Festival Musical de Hive en la comunidad Music Zone, donde desempeña el rol de administrador y jurado. Este concurso se ha convertido en una ventana abierta al mundo para expresar el talento de muchos hivers.

1. Cuéntanos un poco de ti. ¿Quién eres fuera de la pantalla de Hive? (Profesión, hobbies, de dónde eres, etc.)
Trabajo en el sector pesquero desde hace dos años. Músico de corazón y con muchas metas que aún están por cumplirse. Además de mi pasión por la música y mi trabajo siempre trato de buscar un espacio para mi mayor hobby el cual es los videojuegos. Soy de los que piensa que cada día debemos ser mejores que el ayer. Que no hay obstáculos que nos puedan frenar que nosotros mismos. Que las oportunidades deben ser creadas por nuestra constancia, disciplina y corazón. Como dicen por ahí, las cosas no caen del cielo.
2. ¿Cómo llegaste a Hive y cuál fue tu primera impresión?
Llegué a la Blockchain hace 8 años cuando nuestra primera casa era steemit. Hoy en día sigo haciendo vida dentro de la Blockchain pero ahora en este inmenso hogar que nos ha abierto las puertas para el arte. Mi primera impresión fue que podía usar esta herramienta para despertar todo el potencial que había en mi y que aún no conocía. Y bueno, así fue. Pude descubrirme, despertar y ser hoy mejor de lo que fui ayer.
3. ¿Cuál es la diferencia más grande que ves entre las redes sociales convencionales (como Facebook, Instagram, tik tok, etc) y las redes sociales que hay dentro de Hive?
Sinceramente, la seriedad es la diferencia. La web3 en comparación con las plataformas convencionales como (Facebook, Instagram, tik tok, etc), las cuales no suelo usar por diferentes aspectos, una de ella es la compra masiva de publicidad. Hive es una plataforma tan orgánica que los seguidores e incentivos son generados naturalmente por cada usuario. Otras diferencias son la formalidad, la responsabilidad y la trasparencia que nos ofrece la Blockchain
4. Si tuvieras que definir Hive en una sola frase, ¿cuál sería?
Una gran familia
5. ¿En qué comunidades sueles publicar o interactuar con mayor frecuencia y por qué?
Las que suelo usar con más frecuencia son: Music, Movies & TV Shows, Hive Gaming y una que otras veces la comunidad de Black And White
6. ¿Cuál ha sido tu mayor logro o la experiencia más gratificante que has tenido en Hive hasta ahora?
Descubrirme por completo fue una de las mayores experiencias que he vivido. Nunca creí que fuera capaz de hacer más de lo que imaginaba. Siempre dudaba de mí y acá descubrí que los amigos se convierten en hermanos y esos hermanos te ayudan a mantenerte en pie hasta que aprendas a caminar recto. Tengo una linda familia acá, que me ayudó a creer en mí, en mis posibilidades, en mi arte, el despertar de mi verdadero yo. Eso sin duda, además de ser una increíble experiencia, ha sido un hermosísimo logro para mí.
Otra de mis gratificantes experiencia y logros ha sido la creación de varias obras musicales, las cuales sin el apoyo de cada uno de los usuarios no me lo hubiera creído y quizás seguirían ahí, guardadas en la gaveta de la mesita de noche.
7. ¿Qué fue lo más difícil de aprender en tus inicios?
Creo que para muchos siempre ha sido como crear nuestras publicaciones y sobre todo pensar día tras día que publicar y por supuesto que sea algo que realmente nutra o entretenga a otros.
8. ¿Cómo describirías tu visión a futuro dentro del ecosistema de Hive?
Hive tiene mucho potencial sobre todo en la parte musical que es la ruta que más conozco. Siempre me imagino a Hive como el escenario en donde todos los músicos: principiantes o con experiencia necesitan para expandir su conocimiento. Trabajar quizás en una unión con artistas musicales reconocidos fuera una gran oportunidad para la plataforma.
9. ¿Qué consejo le darías a un hiver que apenas está comenzando?
Para construir lo que buscamos dentro y fuera del ecosistema Hive hay que ser pacientes, disciplinados y mucha constancia, son las herramientas necesarios para lograr lo que nos propongamos.
10. Si quieres explicarle Hive a un familiar o amigo, para que se una a la plataforma, ¿qué le dirías para convencerlo?

1. Tell us a little about yourself. Who are you outside of Hive? (Profession, hobbies, where you're from, etc.)
I've been working in the fishing industry for two years. I'm a musician at heart and have many goals that are yet to be achieved. In addition to my passion for music and my work, I always try to find time for my biggest hobby, which is video games. I am one of those who believes that every day we should be better than yesterday. That there are no obstacles that can stop us except ourselves. That opportunities must be created by our perseverance, discipline, and heart. As they say, things don't just fall from the sky.
2. How did you come to Hive and what was your first impression?
I came to Blockchain eight years ago when our first home was Steemit. Today, I continue to live within Blockchain, but now in this immense home that has opened its doors to art. My first impression was that I could use this tool to awaken all the potential that was within me and that I did not yet know. And well, that's how it was. I was able to discover myself, awaken, and be better today than I was yesterday.
3. What is the biggest difference you see between conventional social networks (such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and the social networks within Hive?
Honestly, the difference is the seriousness. Web3 compared to conventional platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc., which I don't usually use for various reasons, one of which is the massive purchase of advertising. Hive is such an organic platform that followers and incentives are generated naturally by each user. Other differences are the formality, responsibility, and transparency that Blockchain offers us.
4. If you had to define Hive in one sentence, what would it be?
A big family.
5. Which communities do you post in or interact with most often, and why?
The ones I use most often are: Music, Movies & TV Shows, Hive Gaming, and sometimes the Black And White community.
6. What has been your greatest achievement or most rewarding experience at Hive so far?
Discovering myself completely was one of the greatest experiences I have ever had. I never thought I was capable of doing more than I imagined. I always doubted myself, and here I discovered that friends become brothers and sisters, and those brothers and sisters help you stay on your feet until you learn to walk straight. I have a beautiful family here who helped me believe in myself, in my possibilities, in my art, in the awakening of my true self. That, without a doubt, in addition to being an incredible experience, has been a beautiful achievement for me.
Another of my rewarding experiences and achievements has been the creation of several musical works, which without the support of each of the users I would not have believed in and perhaps would still be there, stored in the drawer of my nightstand.
7. What was the most difficult thing to learn when you were starting out?
I think for many it has always been how to create our posts and, above all, thinking day after day about what to post and, of course, making sure it is something that really nourishes or entertains others.
8. How would you describe your vision for the future within the Hive ecosystem?
Hive has a lot of potential, especially in the music sector, which is the area I know best. I always imagine Hive as the stage where all musicians, whether beginners or experienced, need to expand their knowledge. Working in partnership with renowned musical artists would be a great opportunity for the platform.
9. What advice would you give to a Hiver who is just starting out?
To build what we are looking for inside and outside the Hive ecosystem, we must be patient, disciplined, and persistent. These are the tools we need to achieve what we set out to do.
10. If you wanted to explain Hive to a family member or friend to get them to join the platform, what would you say to convince them?
You will have the opportunity you were looking for.
11. Finally, have you had any direct experience with Hispapro? If so, how was it?
