Hoy tendremos en nuestra casa a una hiver de gran trayectoria dentro de la blockchain, se trata de @damarysvibra, quien nos impulsa y nos mueve hacia el crecimiento personal para consolidar nuestro bienestar. Desde su experiencia propone diferentes reflexiones que cobran vida en la comunidad Holus & Lotus, donde ejerce la función de moderadora, además de mantener una columna con temas actuales e iniciativas que nos inspiran.
Estamos muy felices de tenerla en este espacio para que nos dé su visión de la plataforma, al tiempo que leeremos esos consejos útiles que ella aplica para forjar un camino de éxito en Hive. Nos encantó compartir con ella y que nos impregnara de su buena vibra.

1. Cuéntanos un poco de ti. ¿Quién eres fuera de la pantalla de Hive? (Profesión, hobbies, de dónde eres, etc.)
Saludos amigos de Hive, agredecida con @ramisey por invitarme a compartir mi experiencia en Hive a través de esta entrevista.
Soy Damarys Pacheco Salazar, conocida en el alto mundo de Hive como @damarysvibra, esta coletilla en mi usuario “vibra”, tiene que ver mucho con mis actividades dentro y fuera de la plataforma, pues se corresponde a uno de los fundamentos de mi actividad de crecimiento personal y a las emociones que van definiendo mi ser y hacer procurando de manera muy intencionada mantener una alta vibración, es decir estar y sentirme en bien-estar, tomando en cuenta que en determinados momentos la vibración puede bajar, el asunto es tomar consciencia de ello para no quedarme allí.
Nací en Caracas pero prácticamente mi vida la he desarrollado en Maracay, la Ciudad Jardín de Venezuela. Pensando en mis hobbies no tengo ninguno como tal, me gusta y lo hago con constancia: leer, escribir, colorear, salir a caminar, pasear, ir a eventos musicales y actividades artísticas, disfrutar de los espacios naturales, reunirme con las amigas y la familia, practicar el yoga y en el último año la biodanza.
2. ¿Cómo llegaste a Hive y cuál fue tu primera impresión?
Llegué a Hive de la mano de mi esposo, @irvinc. A medida que él fue estudiando qué era y cómo funcionaba la plataforma me fui entusiasmando e involucrando, luego que el abrió su cuenta al día siguiente abrimos la mía.
Mi primera impresión, como digo fue de gran entusiasmo, me hacía muchísima ilusión poder escribir sobre lo que yo quisiera y que me compensaran por esa actividad.
3. ¿Cuál es la diferencia más grande que ves entre las redes sociales convencionales (como Facebook, Instagram, tik tok, etc) y las redes sociales que hay dentro de Hive?
Una de las grandes diferencias que observo es el hecho de poder crear y consolidar amistades, porque a través de sus escritos vas encontrando afinidades que facilitan la comunicación.
4. Si tuvieras que definir Hive en una sola frase, ¿cuál sería?
“Hive, un lugar para quedarte”
5. ¿En qué comunidades sueles publicar o interactuar con mayor frecuencia y por qué?
En @holos-lotus, donde soy moderadora y llevo una columna donde invito a iniciativas, es mi comunidad especial en ella doy rienda suelta a mis reflexiones sobre el crecimiento personal y de muchas maneras me hace sentir que es mi granito de arena para que otros vean la posibilidad de vivir en un mayor bienestar.
@Beentrepreneur. Soy administradora de la comunidad, un espacio que nació con un concepto de constituirse en una Escuela, donde cada uno de sus miembros aporta con sus conocimientos y experiencias, relacionadas con el emprendimiento, al conocimiento y fortalecimiento de los demás.
6. ¿Cuál ha sido tu mayor logro o la experiencia más gratificante que has tenido en Hive hasta ahora?
Unos de mis grandes logros es ser parte del equipo de @holos-lotus, cuando @miriannalis me propuso formar parte sentí que había llegado al lugar donde quería estar.
Otra de las experiencias gratificantes fue haberme ganado el premio de “ser Orca por un mes”, un proyecto que consistía en hacer Power Up, mensualmente con un monto determinado, ese año me dediqué a ahorrar para fortalecer mi HP, ganar el premio fue una grata sorpresa que disfruté muchísimo.
7. ¿Qué fue lo más difícil de aprender en tus inicios?
Bueno, soy lenta para comprender esto de la tecnología y agarrar las habilidades necesarias, así que maquetear el post me resultaba cuesta arriba, comprender la dinámica de los recursos que entraban también.
8. ¿Cómo describirías tu visión a futuro dentro del ecosistema de Hive?
Como digo, Hive es un lugar para quedarse, aún cuando los recursos económicos que pueda generar en la plataforma no sean en las cantidades que quiero y requiero, encuentro en este hacer una satisfacción muy grande, es parte de mi día a día el sentarme a escribir, el estar atenta a detalles de la dinámica diaria que me proporcionan temas para profundizar en aspectos del crecimiento personal que me interesan desde muchos ángulos, por ejemplo, para realizar mis talleres presenciales o cuestionar teoría con la vivencia.
Así que espero que Hive tenga larga vida y yo estar inmersa en ella aportando y creciendo.
9. ¿Qué consejo le darías a un hiver que apenas está comenzando?
Que sea constante y honesto, con esto de la honestidad me refiero a que realmente sea un “creador de contenido” cero plagio, cero uso de IA.
10. Si quieres explicarle Hive a un familiar o amigo, para que se una a la plataforma, ¿qué le dirías para convencerlo?
Lo que me entusiasmo a mí desde el primer momento, la posibilidad de escribir sobre cualquier tema y que con constancia y dedicación puede obtener recompensas.
11. Para finalizar, ¿Has tenido alguna experiencia directa con Hispapro? Si es así, ¿qué tal ha sido?
Realmente no, es como un pendiente al que no termino de encontrar el momento para acercarme, espero que este sea ese momento. Saludos.

1. Tell us a little about yourself. Who are you outside of Hive? (Profession, hobbies, where you're from, etc.)
Greetings, friends at Hive! I'm grateful to @ramisey for inviting me to share my experience at Hive through this interview.
I am Damarys Pacheco Salazar, known in the high world of Hive as @damarysvibra. This tagline in my username, "vibra," has a lot to do with my activities inside and outside the platform, as it corresponds to one of the foundations of my personal growth and the emotions that define who I am and what I do, striving very intentionally to maintain a high vibration, that is, to be and feel well, taking into account that at certain moments the vibration can drop, the key is to be aware of it so as not to stay there.
I was born in Caracas, but I have spent practically my entire life in Maracay, the Garden City of Venezuela. When it comes to hobbies, I don't really have any as such, but there are things I enjoy doing regularly: reading, writing, coloring, going for walks, going to musical events and artistic activities, enjoying natural spaces, getting together with friends and family, practicing yoga, and, in the last year, biodanza.
2. How did you find out about Hive, and what was your first impression?
I found out about Hive through my husband, @irvinc. As he learned about what the platform was and how it worked, I became more and more excited and involved. The day after he opened his account, we opened mine.
My first impression, as I said, was one of great enthusiasm. I was very excited to be able to write about whatever I wanted and get paid for it.
3. What is the biggest difference you see between conventional social networks (such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and the social networks within Hive?
One of the big differences I see is the ability to create and strengthen friendships, because through your writing you find common ground that facilitates communication.
4. If you had to define Hive in a single sentence, what would it be?
"Hive, a place to stay."
5. In which communities do you usually post or interact most frequently and why?
At @holos-lotus, where I am a moderator and write a column where I invite initiatives, it is my special community where I give free rein to my reflections on personal growth and in many ways it makes me feel that it is my small contribution so that others can see the possibility of living in greater well-being.
@Beentrepreneur. I am the administrator of the community, a space that was created with the concept of becoming a school, where each of its members contributes their knowledge and experiences related to entrepreneurship to the knowledge and strengthening of others.
6. What has been your greatest achievement or most rewarding experience at Hive so far?
One of my greatest achievements is being part of the @holos-lotus team. When @miriannalis asked me to join, I felt like I had arrived where I wanted to be.
Another rewarding experience was winning the "Be an Orca for a Month" prize, a project that consisted of Powering Up a certain amount each month. That year, I dedicated myself to saving to strengthen my HP, and winning the prize was a pleasant surprise that I enjoyed very much.
7. What was the most difficult thing to learn when you started?
Well, I'm slow to understand technology and pick up the necessary skills, so designing the post was an uphill battle for me, as was understanding the dynamics of the resources that came in.
8. How would you describe your vision for the future within the Hive ecosystem?
As I said, Hive is a place to stay, even if the economic resources I can generate on the platform are not in the amounts I want and need. I find great satisfaction in this work. It is part of my daily routine to sit down and write, to pay attention to details of daily life that provide me with topics to explore aspects of personal growth that interest me from many angles, For example, to conduct my in-person workshops or question theory with experience.
So I hope Hive has a long life and that I can be immersed in it, contributing and growing.
9. What advice would you give to a Hiver who is just starting out?
Be consistent and honest. By honesty, I mean really be a "content creator" with zero plagiarism and zero use of AI.
10. If you wanted to explain Hive to a family member or friend to get them to join the platform, what would you say to convince them?
What excited me from the start was the possibility of writing about any topic and that with consistency and dedication, you can earn rewards.
11. Finally, have you had any direct experience with Hispapro? If so, how was it?
Not really, it's like something I've been meaning to do but haven't found the time for. I hope this is the moment. Best regards.
