Otra historia increíble le presentamos en esta edición, ahora tenemos en nuestra casa a @audiarmisg, una hiver que tiene una gran trayectoria en la blockchain. Ella es moderadora de la comunidad Hive's Red Carpet. Disfruta impulsar la Web3 en Perú y otras regiones de LATAM.
Fue un placer entrevistarla y acercarnos con un enfoque más íntimo y humano, develar esos matices que se esconden detrás de la chica fashion que crea contenido de forma regular para el ecosistema. Esperamos que se nutran con su experiencia y sabios consejos.

1. Cuéntanos un poco de ti. ¿Quién eres fuera de la pantalla de Hive? (Profesión, hobbies, de dónde eres, etc.)
Fuera de Hive sigo creando contenido. Además tengo diferentes formas de trabajo, todas relacionadas con mi área que es la comunicación. Soy community Manager y manejo algunos emprendimientos en Lima. Entre mis pasatiempos está la lectura, el baile y hacer postrecitos. Yo soy venezolana y vivo en Lima, Perú desde hace 7 años.
2. ¿Cómo llegaste a Hive y cuál fue tu primera impresión?
Llegué a Hive conociendo la antigua cadena Steemit, es decir desde 2018 conozco de blockchain. Y mi primera impresión fue la libertad que se veía en Hive, podías escoger cómo participar en la cadena, eso me enganchó y me permitió experimentar diferentes formatos de contenido.
3. ¿Cuál es la diferencia más grande que ves entre las redes sociales convencionales (como Facebook, Instagram, tik tok, etc) y las redes sociales que hay dentro de Hive?
La principal diferencia es que en Hive tienes todo integrado en tu cuenta, no tienes que descargar o usar otras aplicaciones para tener tus activos. Aún en las redes tradicionales no revisan ese aspecto, y todo es engorroso.
4. Si tuvieras que definir Hive en una sola frase, ¿cuál sería?
Lugar seguro.
5. ¿En qué comunidades sueles publicar o interactuar con mayor frecuencia y por qué?
Liketu: porque en los últimos años he descubierto mi pasión por la fotografía.
Aliento: porque es donde suelo compartir lo que aprendo en blockchain y web3.
Hive's Red Carpet: porque soy amante de la moda.
6. ¿Cuál ha sido tu mayor logro o la experiencia más gratificante que has tenido en Hive hasta ahora?
Hive me ha dado muchas experiencias positivas y gratificantes. Entre ellas la principal sería que me devolvió la confianza en mis capacidades y habilidades, tras graduarme y llegar a Lima me alejé de mi área de comunicación. Puedo decir que nací como creadora de contenido en Hive.
7. ¿Qué fue lo más difícil de aprender en tus inicios?
El lenguaje de Markdown fue el principal reto para mí, no entendía ese formato. Pero ya se me hace un aspecto educativo porque en otras cadenas se usa el mismo lenguaje así que Hive me educó en esa área.
8. ¿Cómo describirías tu visión a futuro dentro del ecosistema de Hive?
Deseo seguir contribuyendo en la expansión y adopción de la blockchain en Perú y otras regiones de Latam.
9. ¿Qué consejo le darías a un hiver que apenas está comenzando?
Le diría que disfrute del aprendizaje integral que puede alcanzar en Hive.
10. Si quieres explicarle Hive a un familiar o amigo, para que se una a la plataforma, ¿qué le dirías para convencerlo?
Que sus datos tienen valor y no deben regalarlo a plataformas que no lo cuidan.
11. Para finalizar, ¿Has tenido alguna experiencia directa con Hispapro? Si es así, ¿qué tal ha sido?
Positiva, es una comunidad muy activa en la blockchain. Además les he delegado para que sigan sus funciones de curación.

Another incredible story is presented in this edition. We now have @audiarmisg in our home, a Hiver with a long history in blockchain. She is a moderator for the Hive's Red Carpet community. She enjoys promoting Web3 in Peru and other regions of Latin America.

1. Tell us a little about yourself. Who are you outside of Hive? (Profession, hobbies, where you're from, etc.)
Outside of Hive, I continue to create content. I also have different jobs, all related to my field of communication. I am a community manager and I manage some businesses in Lima. My hobbies include reading, dancing, and baking desserts. I am Venezuelan and have been living in Lima, Peru for seven years.
2. How did you come to Hive and what was your first impression?
I came to Hive knowing the old Steemit chain, meaning I have known about blockchain since 2018. My first impression was the freedom I saw in Hive. You could choose how to participate in the chain, which hooked me and allowed me to experiment with different content formats.
3. What is the biggest difference you see between conventional social networks (such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and the social networks within Hive?
The main difference is that in Hive, everything is integrated into your account; you don't have to download or use other applications to have your assets. Even in traditional networks, they don't review that aspect, and everything is cumbersome.
4. If you had to define Hive in one sentence, what would it be?
A safe place.
5. Which communities do you post or interact with most often, and why?
Liketu: because in recent years I have discovered my passion for photography.
Aliento: because that's where I usually share what I learn about blockchain and web3.
Hive's Red Carpet: because I'm a fashion lover.
6. What has been your greatest achievement or most rewarding experience on Hive so far?
Hive has given me many positive and rewarding experiences. Among them, the main one would be that it restored my confidence in my abilities and skills. After graduating and arriving in Lima, I moved away from my field of communication. I can say that I was born as a content creator on Hive.
7. What was the most difficult thing to learn when you started?
The Markdown language was the main challenge for me; I didn't understand that format. But now I see it as an educational aspect because other chains use the same language, so Hive educated me in that area.
8. How would you describe your vision for the future within the Hive ecosystem?
I want to continue contributing to the expansion and adoption of blockchain in Peru and other regions of Latin America.
9. What advice would you give to a Hiver who is just starting out?
I would tell them to enjoy the comprehensive learning experience that Hive has to offer.
10. If you wanted to explain Hive to a family member or friend to get them to join the platform, what would you say to convince them?
That their data is valuable and they shouldn't give it away to platforms that don't take care of it.
11. Finally, have you had any direct experience with Hispapro? If so, how has it been?
Positive, it's a very active community on the blockchain. I've also delegated them to continue their curation functions.
