The life of goodness must flow out of us as the disciples of Jesus Christ. We can do good unto every man. It is not only our family members. We can do good to every person. We have the love of God to share with everyone. God is good and He is teaching us, His children that we should do good also.
The reason why we learn from the Word of God is so that we can do what the Bible says. The Bible says that we should cease every opportunity that comes our way and do good to others. We are to show love to people by being going to them. The good works which we are doing should not be for those who are related to us. The good works should extend unto all men.
It is disobedience to God if we refuse to do good to others. It is not a good thing when as christians we refuse or neglect what God taught us. As obedient children, we have to do what we learn from the laws of God. The laws of God teaches that we should do good to all men.
