I think I really enjoy how versatile corn can be when it comes to making different recipes. The first time I saw corn inside noodles was in a movie I think, I found it really interesting, I didn't think there could be another way to eat corn on the cob than either roasting or boiling as we do so it was interesting to see it being eaten in another way.
So yes, I decided to dig in more now and learn how to make it, and thanks to online we can easily learn what we want to learn. So I was happy to try it out, and also glad that I can share it here. So to start, , below are the list on ingredients I used for this:
Ingredients

- 1 corn on the cob and 1/2 cup of corn
- 1 medium size onions

- 3 fresh tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon powder
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Scent leave to taste
Procedure
- Parboil the noodles and sieve it out when it's ready

- Next cook the corn to soften. This should take about 10-15 minutes depending on how fresh the corn is. This one was freshly from farm so it was still really fresh and so it didn't take more than ten minutes to soften
While at it, I chopped the onions, tomatoes, pepper and scent leaves

At this point I checked if the corn was soft enough, after I confirmed it, I added the noodles to it and then the onions

Then the tomatoes and pepper. I also added three tablespoons of vegetable oil to it.

While it kept boiling I stirred a bit then added the cinnamon powder, and the scent leave

and after a few seconds it was done. It was ready to be served and it was looking really delicious already!
