For my entry in Shadow Hunters Community Contest/Show Me a Shadow: Round 365, I'd like to share quite a lovely batch of photos that I took this afternoon, of the sublime shadows on the sun-backlit leaves of a young coconut palm. I saw it yesterday, and I knew that it would be my entry for today! Not a bad choice, I'd say!

Because coconut fronds have an accordion pattern in how they grow, any shadows falling on them have the same zig-zaggy thing going on with their lines, and with how thin coconut fronds are, those zig-zag shadows stand out very well indeed! I hope that you appreciate them as much as I did when I took them! 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙
