Shadow Hunters Community Contest SMASh - Round 392
Yesterday afternoon, shortly before dusk, I visited the "Flor de Venezuela" Cultural Center, better known as Flor de Venezuela (Flower of Venezuela), which is one of the city's major tourist attractions and is located a short distance from my home, which is why I tend to go there quite often.
Even though access to the interior of the building was restricted because they were preparing it for an upcoming event, I was able to walk along its walkways and outdoor planters, where I took advantage of the intense sun to take some photos. These photos highlight the shadows cast on the floor by the metal railings of the pedestrian access ramps, which I found interesting enough to share in this post, which is my entry in this week's Shadow Hunters contest.
As I have described before, I usually make use of the editing tools offered in their free versions by the applications Picsart and Snapseed, in order to improve or highlight some element of my images.
Concurso de la Comunidad de Cazadores de Sombras SMASh - Ronda 392
Ayer en la tarde, poco antes del anochecer, estuve visitando el Centro Cultural Flor de Venezuela, mejor conocido como Flor de Venezuela, el cual es uno de los mayores atractivos turísticos de la ciudad, y que se encuentra ubicado a corta distancia de mi hogar, razón por la cual suelo ir con cierta frecuencia.
Aún cuando el ingreso al interior de la estructura se encontraba restringido porque estaban acondicionándolo para un próximo evento, pude caminar por sus caminerías y jardineras exteriores, donde aproveché el intenso sol para tomar algunas fotos, donde destacan estas sombras que las barandas metálicas de las rampas de acceso peatonal, proyectaban sobre el piso, las cuales me parecieron bastante interesantes para compartir en este post que significa mi participación en el concurso de Shadow Hunters de esta semana.
Como he descrito anteriormente, usualmente hago uso de las herramientas de edición que ofrecen en sus versiones gratuitas las aplicaciones Picsart y Snapseed, con el objetivo de mejorar o destacar algún elemento de mis imágenes.
