Shadows With Good Friends
This weekend I was visiting a shrine with some friends. After mass, when we left there, the sun was in all its intensity, we were going down a steep road, being careful not to meet a car that was going up, while we were walking I could notice the shadows that were formed as we went, although it was a little difficult to catch the shadows, I tried, as I was going at the pace of the walk.

Sombras Con Buenas Amigas
Estaba este fin de semana de visita a un santuario, con unas amigas. Después de la misa, cuando salimos de ahí, el sol estaba en toda su intensidad, íbamos bajando por un camino empinado, con el cuidado de no encontrarnos con algún carro, que fuera subiendo, mientras íbamos caminando pude percatarme de las sombras que se formaban a medida que avanzábamos, aunque era un poco difícil cazar las sombras, lo intentaba, ya que iba al ritmo de la caminata.
As I went ahead and stopped to focus, suddenly my friends also stopped at the precise moment and I lost my shadow, I had to give up, since the sun was not waiting for me.
Como iba adelante y me paraba para enfocar, de pronto mis amigas también se paraban en el preciso momento y perdía mi sombra, tuve que después desistir, ya que el sol no esperaba por mí.
So we continued walking, we were going from there to a park. As I was walking around the place, I managed to catch these shadows of my friend, Mrs. Gladys. Very timely, when she started to walk along the path, the sun was getting hotter. And this time I was right behind her.
Así continuamos caminando, nos íbamos de ahí a un parque. Mientras recorría el lugar, logré cazar estas sombras de mi amiga, la señora Gladys. Muy oportuna, cuando comenzó ella a caminar por el sendero, el sol calentaba con más fuerza. Y en esta oportunidad yo iba a tras de ella.
