Magandang buhay!
One of the stopovers we had on last week's little adventure was at Cedong View Point. It had a sitting space just beside a paved pathway which according to one of the passersby was a shortcut route to another village. At first, we thought it was leading to an interesting spot or something.

It was around 2 in the afternoon and the sun was bright and hot our Lil Guy was panting as he sat on the bamboo bench. Oh, he was sticking his tongue again, lol!

I left him there for a while and walked to where one of the boards was. "Understand the worth of earth, treat it with care and love," it said. What a wonderful reminder to treat nature nicely. Anyway, there are many shadows in this shot, even the water hose lying on the ground left some of its own.

And on this too, from the tires to the signage stand and the trees. I like the creativity of the locals, upcycling the tires, painting, and using them as decorative pieces or barriers along the path. I assume people could sit on them too (we didn't try it though).

Stepping closer to the signage post/board, I got their shadows on camera. The narrow road was almost covered with shadows of trees too.

Then I followed the pathway wanting to see more of it but the heat was a bit too much so I changed my mind and didn't go further. I did find the little shadows of the branches and shrubs interesting.

After spending a few more moments in that little spot, we hopped back into the car, took the road, and drove farther until we discovered the Igloos which I wrote about previously. It was fun to have been there even for a while and even had the chance to take snapshots of shadows and stuff.
Speaking of which, this is my non-contest participation in Round 349 of the Shadow Hunting challenge by Melinda. Thank you for the initiative where we can showcase even the most minutes of shadows :)
Until our next hunts! Have a fabulous Wednesday!
