Good evening, Shadow Hunters Community. This is evening in Nigeria. So gladly, I am wishing you a good evening. Maybe you are preparing dinner like I just did. I just finished making elubo and we are about eating. (Or maybe my children are already eating as I am trying to compost this post. Elubo is made by making gelatinous solid with boiling water from yam flour. The type I made this evening is that of a mixture of potatoes flour and cassava. Both tubers are usually soaked in water for some 3 to 5 days for it to ferment. After fermentation, it is dried under the sun. When it has dried very well, it is grinded into power and stored as flour.
😃 I just lectured you on how to make elubo. Guess what, we are enjoying our delicious elubo with a well prepared okro soup. That is going to make a lot of sense, friend 😂🤣
That was not my intended subject for my #smash contest entry. I had the chance of seeing some sheep grazing in the neighborhood when I was going out in the afternoon. The sun was very bright today so the shadows didn't come out as expected. But I had intended that I must submit a picture for the SMASh 420. So I captured them. Here they are? Do they look good?
