During my trips to visit clients in Galicia, whenever I can I try to look for little known places like small villages where it is easy to find small restaurants where fortunately one is almost always satisfied.
This is the case of Golada Restaurant". Located in a small village near Lalín called Golada, it is a restaurant specialized in barbecued meats.
In fact, whenever I go there, although they have a good menu of the day, I always order the grill menu. A succulent plate of beef ribs, with chorizo criollo and beef entrecote.
Accompanied by potatoes and a salad. Salad with very tender lettuce, regardless of the time of year.
One thing I love about this place is that, without asking if they see that you have eaten the whole portion of meat, they give you some extra pieces. And with how good it is, you can't refuse to keep eating.
The desserts are also very good. Of quality. Homemade.
And the coffee, as it was made in the old days in a pot. Poutine coffee. All a shot of caffeine to keep you awake after the meal.
And if you visit this place on a sunny day in April, the trees at the entrance will give you a good shadow hunt that will make you wonder which one to use as an entry to the contest organized by @melinda010100.
