Hola, amigos cazadores de sombras y reflejos. Por acá me tienen de nuevo, tratando de sacar del clóset a mi fotógrafa interior gracias a esta maravillosa comunidad.
Estas dos fotos fueron tomadas con segundos de diferencia. Quise jugar con los filtros, algo que nos suelo hacer.
Ahora miro estas fotos y se me antojan melancólicas. Sin embargo, en el atardecer que las tomé, la atmósfera estaba limpia, el cielo sobre el malecón era de un azul luminoso y se respiraba una serenidad que no alterada el tráfico. Lástima que me dejé llevar por las prisas y el cansancio de un día correteando, porque hubiera querido seguir persiguiendo reflejos en los charcos a lo largo de la calle Línea. Pero otra vez será.

These two photos were taken seconds apart. I wanted to play with filters, something I don’t usually do.
Now, looking at these photos, they strike me as melancholic. Yet, when I took them at sunset, the atmosphere was clear, the sky over the boardwalk was a bright blue, and there was a serenity undisturbed by traffic. It’s a shame I let myself be carried away by the rush and exhaustion of a busy day because I would have loved to keep chasing reflections in the puddles along Línea Street.
