Hi everyone, as you know, it's my custom to go to my grandmother's house every weekend or day off to spend time, and recently we had seen that near the bus stop they are putting up what appears to be a recreation area with various exercise machines, so in previous days my grandmother had already gone there, but this time, since we were visiting to prepare some soup, we took the opportunity to walk around a bit and have a look around.
Hola a todos cómo ya saben es costumbre para mí ir cada fin de semana o día libre a casa de mi abuela a pasar el rato y recientemente habíamos visto que cercano a la parada de buses están colocando lo que parece será un espacio de recreación con diversas máquinas para ejercitar el cuerpo , por lo que en días previos mi abuela ya se había acercado pero en esta oportunidad que estábamos de visita para preparar una sopa , aprovechamos a caminar un poco e ir a curiosear .
It all started with my grandmother, who first took my sister and then, upon arriving at the door of the house, they called me to walk little by little. This place is relatively close to my grandmother's house, which is located right on the national highway. The thing is, where she lives is very sunny because it's a plain that, over the years, has been gradually populated by people from both local areas and other states, and it tends to be very sunny.
La cosa comenzó en si por mi abuela que nos llevó primero a mi hermana y llegando a la puerta de la casa me llamaron a mí para ir caminando poco a poco , este espacio queda relativamente cerca de la casa de mi abuela la cual está ubicada en plena carretera nacional , el tema acá es que acá donde vive es muy soleado ya que es un terreno de llanuras que con el paso de los años ha estado poco a poco habitando se con personas tanto locales como de otros estados y suele hacer mucho sol .
And therefore, the bus stop area is usually very sunny when waiting, so we were surprised to see this small space being set up, which, as far as we understand, is still under construction since it lacks the equipment and other exercise machines before it can be inaugurated for free use. However, we were curious to see it and surprisingly, it is very well equipped with some structures for resistance training or strengthening the legs, although I feel and believe they should put something in the shade because, being made of steel or iron, they get very hot with the high temperatures that are common here in this area.
Y por ende el espacio de la parada de buses suele estar muy soleado al momento de esperar por lo que nos sorprendió que estuvieran poniendo este pequeño espacio que por lo que tenemos entendido aún está en construcción ya que faltan las implementos y demás máquinas de ejercicio para que pronto sea inaugurada para el libre uso , sin embargo estuvimos de curiosas viendo y sorprendentemente está muy bien equipado con algunas estructuras para ejercicio de resistencia o para fortalecer las piernas , aunque siento y creo deberían colocar algo que de sombra pues al ser de acero o hierro estás se calientan muchísimo con las altas temperaturas que suelen haber aca en esta zona .
Personally, we're happy that they're setting up this space because, as you've seen in my previous posts, my grandmother likes to exercise and go to the pool, something she's had to postpone again due to distance and cost. So, having this space set up is more than beneficial for her to get back into that routine, even just walking daily and doing a little exercise. I could also use it to improve my stamina, but they haven't installed these structures near my house yet, and I hope they do soon, as it would be another reason for me, just like my grandmother, to be motivated to walk more.
Personalmente a nosotros nos gusta que estén acomodando este espacio ya que como han visto en mis anteriores post mi abuela es de ir a ejercitar el cuerpo y ir a la piscina cosa que se ha vuelto a posponer por temas de distancia y costo por lo que estén colocando este sitio es más que beneficioso para que vuelva a esa rutina incluso de caminar diario y hacer un poco de ejercicio, aunque yo también ocuparía hacerlo para mejorar la resistencia sin embargo cerca de mi casa no han colocado estás estructuras aún y espero que lo hagan pronto ya que sería un motivo más para igual que con mi abuela animarme más a caminar un poco más .
So, well, today we took advantage of the opportunity to move our legs a bit more than usual. We saw some trees and flowers, and we laughed for a while with my grandmother as we chatted. My mom even joined us later for the short walk and some games, so it was quite enjoyable, even though the sun was very strong. But we made up for it with the fish soup and the fact that my uncles had caught a guabina (a type of fish) at a nearby waterfall. Now we just have to wait for the space to officially open so we can try out the various exercise equipment and see how it is, since we also saw some abdominal machines that I think would be fun to use.
Así que bueno en si este día aprovechamos a mover un poco las piernas más de lo que solemos hacerlo , vimos algunos árboles y flores , nos reímos un buen rato con mi abuela mientras conversábamos , incluso mi mamá se nos unio luego a la pequeña caminata también con algún juego , por lo que fue bastante recreativo aunque el sol estaba bien fuerte , pero compensamos con la sopa de pescado y que mis tíos habían pescado una guabina en una catarata cercana , sin más nos tocaría esperar a que abran como tal el espacio para poder probar las diversas herramientas de ejercicio y así ver que tal son ya que también vimos alguna de abdominales que siento sería divertido de usar .
