Sunday Weekly HSBI and DUO Token Giveaway, Week 62!

It's Sunday once again which means it's time for another weekly giveaway. It's almost hard to believe I'm on week 62 of this little initiative, I thought it might only last a month or two. It seems to be growing week by week and I'm seeing some new accounts participating which is always a lot of fun. This week there were 43 entries to place on the Wheel of Names, down two from last week making all of your odds a little better!

I have been using Comment Rewarder ever since it's inception, it's a great way for me to share some of my earnings on this post with all of the participants. On Sunday I always up the percentage to 10% because there are so many of you engaging. That way we all win!

Yoda

I knew he would be a popular choice, but I was surprised that he beat out Darth Vader. His character introduction in The Empire Strikes Back was hilarious, and yet proved to be the wise Yoda. He may have been wise, but he was also tough as nails as he was the only one who was able to defeat Count Dooku. I'm sure we will see more of Yoda in future spin offs as Disney churns them out as fast as they can... sigh...

Darth Vader/ Anakin Skywalker

To be absolutely honest I thought this one would have come in first place, but Yoda beat him out. Darth Vader is one of the best movie villains ever created, with his impressive stature and voiced by the late, great George Earl Jones. May he rest in peace. I always liked Vader, and will always be one of my favorite characters as well.

Let's face it, everyone loves Chewie. The giant, hairy sidekick to swash buckling Han Solo. George Lucas did a great job creating him, and he was an integral part of the Star Wars universe. Thanks for picking him @gwajnberg , @tengolotodo and @tortangkahoy .

Leia Organa

Princess Leia was next on the list, and her slave costume from Return of the Jedi is still a fan favorite. She was a strong character not afraid to take on Darth Vader himself and insult him to his face. Of course Carrie Fisher sadly passed away several years ago, may she rest in peace. Luke Skywalker

Luke is less popular than his sister Leia, but still near the top of the list. The original trilogy revolved around his growth as a Jedi and eventually defeating and saving his father Darth Vader. I thought Mark Hamill did a pretty good job in the role, his movie career never went very far but he is a very successful voice actor these days.

Next up in popularity is R2-D2, and in an ironic twist no one chose C-3PO. This droid was full of personality and very entertaining over the many movies. Thanks to @enraizar , @ckjcn22 and @borniet for picking him.

Boba Fett

Boba Fett has long been a favorite of many fans. As a matter of fact the most expensive Star Wars action figure is a prototype of the character and sells for in excess of $185,000. He is the famed bounty hunter who tracked down Han Solo in The Empire Strikes Back. Recently Disney created a one season series around him that did fairly poorly (let's face it, Disney sucks at Star Wars.) So we may not see him return any time in the near future.

I wish I had time to cover all of your favorite choices, but time prevents it. As always the other characters included Obi-wan by @melinda010100 , Qui-gon by @holdeck2 , and Tahiri Veila by @robotgirl2024 . Next up we also had Arthur the robot from @ladyaryastark , Count Dooku from @alexvan and Padmé Amidala by @servelle .

Now everybody's favorite character to hate Jar Jar was the favorite of @sylmarill .

Ahsoka Tano was the preference from @henruc and @pablito.saldo . Han Solo came in surprising low and was only picked by @doombot75 ! And rounding out the field there was Darth Maul by @mariiale1979 , Din Djarin by @beelzael , and Grogu by @sgbonus .

The Giveaway

I will be giving out one prize of five (5) HSBI. Second and Third prizes will be 2 DUO tokens, the token I recently launched with @bulliontools and @bitcoinman . All valid entries will be placed on the Wheel of Names and I will spin it four times. The first prize will be 5 HSBI units. The second and third prize will be two DUO tokens.
