Teamwork. It's what makes life easier as many hands make light work. If you've ever had anyone offer to assist you in a project and actually follow through in terms of showing up and putting in the effort, you understand what I mean when I said "many hands make light work".
The feeling of accomplishment can be satisfying. That is, if you don't place your faith in and fully rely on younger children. The fact is, they need a break. Several of them during the day to replenish and assess their commitment to the cause. If the particular assignment involves food; say for instance nuts and other treats, then hopefully you can get through the day and job with a large portion of the product still intact.
On that thought, I wanted to share a lovely design entry that involved a father and son harvesting business.

For my current collage theme, I envisioned a family business operating on a sunny day. Work crews arrived on time ready to tackle the day's harvest. With the crane in place, now all was needed for the contractor, Marvin & Son Harvesters, Thanks @m1alsan for the perfect image to accompany my theme.
For the background, I chose a lovely and serene landscape where the trees bearing the cones might grow. Below are my procedures in which I utilized Canva, my design program, to blend the images. I leave with you my procedures which began with a blank, white canvas. I then added layers of elements in accordance with my upgraded Annual Pro Membership that includes tools to remove backgrounds, resize, filter, duplicate, and reposition items as required. Perhaps the most useful tool is the ability to grab and detach or remove separate elements from an image and still retain the background for later use.
