In Bangalore there are so many companies and thus every companies take their employees to the resorts for a day outing once in a while. Today I also went with my collegues in one of the resort. It was a big, 5 acre land and thus having activities inside it which people can use it for their day out.

Now Resorts have became a lucrative business. It's actually a one time investment where you have to invest in the land as well as investment into building the activities and compound. Now once it is set, they will start getting the bookings using which they can pay the salary as well as take out profit.
Now this is actually a long term investment where the one time investment will take time to get recovered. Now most of the people who have the black money then this is the way to make it white. When they acquire the land, they can use the black money I.e. cash. For construction also they can use the black money and at the last they can get the money as a white.
So basically it is a great business for people who wants to convert their black money to a white money. Along with that it is actually a lucrative business because companies try to go in other resort to try something different. And that's why all the resorts are almost full most of the time.
Along with that people also take their kids to the day out and they also go to the resort. And that is also an additional income for them. So the income is great. For example, there were two companies today where we went and around 250 people went on the same day. The cost of per person is around Rs 1K so today itself they have got the money is like Rs 2.5 Lakh. And if I take 10 days in a month where you get this much amount then its 25 Lakhs per month and additional 5 lakhs for weekdays. So it's like 30 lakhs per month. If I remove 15 lakhs for the employees salary, maintanance then Rs 15 Lakh is pure profit. So actually it's a very lucrative business.
