Every month I keep 5% of my income as a Recreational Fund, this Fund is different than going out or other household things. This is pure fun activity which we as a family would like to do together. And we try to exhaust this fund fully and doesn't keep it for the next month. Again this fund is different than the holiday we take.

Now you might ask why Recreastional Fund. This fund is actually binds the family to be honest, every month we as a family gets creative to find out what exactly we would be doing with that money. For example, this month we already exhausted our recreational fund today when we went to a mall and enjoyed our time in playing games, eating different food, bowling and what not. In this way we try to br happy when we are together.
Now someone might say that we can spend that time in home also, that's true. But in home you will get some or the other work and you will not be fully committed in spending quality times. But when you do ghe activity together, you are actually doing it and not faking it. Like every year 2 times we go to resort where we go as a day outing and we try to play whole day with all the games which we have. Now in this way we are trying new games to play together and also spending time with laughter and joy.
So we all should have a recreational fund. Even thouvb its small try to spend that money. Try to go out with family and spend that time, you will love it to the core. And that's actually good for the health too, because when you spend time with lived ones your body reacts positively too.
