When I used to study in school, I usually go to library to read books. Some academic books and some non academic. The price was quite less and I get to read so many books. But now there is no library at all, and I'd there are, it's limited. I am not a big fan of reading books online. So the only choice for me is to buy the book and read.

But buying book is also limited, I cannot buy unlimited books. I tried to start the book club in my office, but very less are interested for it. Audio book came for rescue, it is great to be honest. I know nothing can replace the physical book, but there is a limit you can buy the physical book and the next thing is to just listen to the book.
So I have slightly changed my approach and now 80% of my books I listen and only 20% books I read. The benefit I got from listening is that, it has increased my efficiency. I can complete more books in less time. And also, I don't have to buy the book and then see if the book is for me or not. I can liste to it and if it is good then I can buy it to read it again.
Audio books are not less exprnsive, but still there are options on YouTube too where you can listen to some of the popular books. And if you want any particular book you can always get into the subscription and listen to that book. I read books in my free time, or if I am not doing anything productive. I used to listen to the songs but now I have changed it to audio books and thus I can say it's a great way to finish a book.
