The influence of the external environment on the quality of mushrooms.
If you delve deeper into the study of the properties of mushrooms, you can pay attention to the fact that when mycologists talk about the influence of the environment on the quality of mushrooms, the main emphasis is on the fact that mushrooms should be collected away from populated areas and highways due to the fact that mushrooms accumulate heavy metals.
But I think that this happens in this case with any plants, not only with mushrooms.
The further from active human life, the cleaner.
This is understandable, but there is one point that is not discussed.
You know, if you fish in the sea or in a clean river, then, as a rule, it does not have any foreign tastes.
And if you fish in a pond with stagnant water, the taste of mud will be present when cooking the fish with a high probability.
As for mushrooms, nothing, neither the environment, nor the quality of the soil, the substrate, which can be cattle manure, affects the taste of mushrooms.
It's strange, but it's true, very interesting.

Material thoughts about beekeeping №1
When I visited dense forests, I did not see ideal conditions for bees there, but many beekeepers harvest beekeeping products in such places.
