Hello to my fellow parents of this community. How are you? I’m back with a new blog to share which is my first-born 3rd birthday last Saturday.
I was happy I was able to write it here and share this special occasion of my life as a mother. My first-born was a reminder to me of how I become a mother. Time was really a relapse, it feels like it was yesterday he was just a new born, and now he was turning three. I wish time would just stop but I’m still thankful for the gift of being a mother.
I was a little bit emotional because my first-born was just 11 months when he had a younger brother. I’m just guilty of the thought that he still needs to be taken care without half of my attention. I feel sorry for him, but I thank God because he was surrounded by people who showered him love and care when the time, I had to recover my body after giving birth to my second born.
Now, I was happy that he turned to be very friendly, and I can see that he was growing with respect especially to elders, whenever we will go to church, he would take their hands and blessed to them.
He will always be my baby boy, even if he would turn to an adult, being my first born, he was my first in everything of becoming a mom. I truly miss the times when he was just a new born, Just the two of us but now I’m still blessed with to adorable son because my love for is doubled and every day was an adventure with them.
My son also loves Spider-Man, that’s why we bought him a costume and he was really happy to have it.
We just celebrated his birthday together with a bible study for the kids at our house. He was so happy that his cake was big and very much excited to blow it.
Three years, time was really fast, so I make sure that I will cherish every moment that I’m with them, when they are still depending on me, when they still call me mama nonstop, when they still laugh and cry, because there will be time, they would be independent and the house will be quiet. I’m crying while I’m typing this, that’s a reality being a mom we must be strong enough to handle these situations. I just pray for my son’s birthday that he would grow with a relationship to God and whatever life bring he would face them with a strong heart and he would live his dreams.
On my part as a mom, I was really happy that I am able to take care of my son every day. So, I was thankful for this community that I’m able to earn even when I’m at home.
