Kerry was floating in the clouds, pulled by some invisible force towards a theater stage in the sky. The velvet curtains parted to reveal none other than…
“Jidris Melmoa?” she gasped.
“That's right,” he replied with a handsome grin. He was seated on a throne made of assorted donuts.
“That's impossible! You're actually two separate people, neither of whom I'm ever going to meet in real life.”
“None of that matters, Kerry. You're dead now.”
“I'm what?!” she shrieked.
“Dead. But you've been so good all your life that this is heaven. That means you can have the pleasure of my company and as many of these donuts as you like for all eternity. They're negative 600 calories each and every time you eat one a new one appears. Go ahead, try one.”
She tried one. He was right, and it was mindblowingly delicious.
“But Jidris, my dentist said I've got to cut back on all the sugar…Jidris, you're fading! No!!!!”
Kerry opened her eyes and stared daggers at the anesthesiologist who smiled at her sweetly.
“Welcome back, honey. The surgery was a success. All those teeth are good as new now.”
“Jidris…” she slurred mournfully but everyone just assumed she was still woozy and babbling nonsense.

And in a minute or two she probably forgot the whole thing. Such is life 😂.
