Zydone Inc started as a sole proprietorship which specializes in packaging and distributing water in transparent cans and polythene. With time it conquered the market with many households preferring its water to others in thr market. The price too was affordable.
As time goes on, it became necessary to expand the business, hence it was incorporated as a full fledge water bottling and packaging company. Business was booming too.
Duke also owns a water bottling company. But his business was not as flourishing as that of Zydone Inc. and because of how competitive the water packaging business is, his business started suffering serious setbacks. At first, paying his staff became a big problem for him. He had to downsize to remain in business. That strategy was not enough as his sales kept dwindling by the day.
And as a last resort, Duke started packaging and selling his own water products in the name of Zydone. His business started booming until one day the bubble was bursted. A staff of Zydone paid an unscheduled visit to Duke's factory and discovered the passing off. He quickly reported to the management of Zydone who wasted no time to contact the regulatory agency.
The regulatory agency stormed Duke's water factory and caught him in the act and made their report accordingly. Duke was arrested by the police and his factory sealed. Zydone Inc bared its teeth and threatened to sue Duke but the intervention of the regulatory agency in the matter saved the day as Duke was made to pay a heavy fine. He also entered into an undertaken not to pass off Zydone or any other company's products as his.
