🚀 Help a Venezuelan Artist & Skatehive Creative! 🎨
My friend @fonestreet is an incredibly talented artist and part of many communities on hive including the Skatehive community, but like many in Venezuela, he’s struggling with insane inflation (minimum wage = $1.20/month).
His recent post illustrates the difficulties that Venezuelans are struggling with as the central banking system plays games with manipulating money markets around the world.
I made a comment on his post, and he approached me in discord to ask for some help as his mother is suffering from medical problems.
Personally, I am also struggling to make ends meet in the US, but my heart pours out nothing but love for those who see the value in this blockchain world we are building so naturally I want to help him, and I pride myself for being a part of this community that is capable of providing for people in places like Venezuela.
In the past I have commissioned artworks from fonestreet before and I knew exactly how I could help out while also building better and supporting his work at the same time.
I recently started a community for Dumpster Diving here on HIVE.
This image is AI generated and while I don't mind using it I would love to support my brother who makes the digital artworks.
I commissioned him for a $5 logo, and his work is 🔥—so I want to help him land more gigs that actually pay fairly.
He is still $20 short of his goal needed to buy the medicine necessary to heal his dear mother, so I am promoting his work and asking you all to consider hiring him or at least adding him to your Fanbase and curating his works.
