This is my entry to the Hive Learners weekly contest.
Both are really important to us all in one way or another; if we try to leave one, it would slack. You don't try to go for A for a while, leaving B, and you don't try to abandon one while trying to focus on the other. Instead, you would, in one way or the other, try in order to strike a good balance.
Physically we are supposed to take care of our health; likewise, we are supposed to mentally.

Regular exercise: We are supposed to try to keep fit in one way or another, and in trying to do so now, it entails that we should always try to keep fit. When people hear of exercise, we think it is the biggest and most stressful thing that can be done, but it should be explained that this can also be one small thing that is really important. Walking is also a very big part of it for us all. We can walk for just 15 minutes, but that would have great effects in one way or the other in our lives. It cannot be neglected for our sake. It can really help the joints in one way and also have a great impact on the normal functioning of the human body in various ways in life.
Good dieting: this is also a great thing. It is said, "Let food be thy medicine and let medicine be thy food." When you eat very, very well, you would get to understand that it would be of great impact on your physical health. Your health is also of great priority and really, in the best way, should be taken very seriously by us all in one way or the other.
Coming over to our mental health, this one is something that is neglected but should not be in any way. It is often waved at, but it should not. It seems like when we get to know someone is not feeling ok,we take it seriously, not knowing that this also is very paramount.
We should not always overthink; overthinking is very bad for us and should not be embraced. Trusting in God Almighty, the author and finisher of our Christian faith, is one great thing that we should do in life.
Regular checkups are also of great importance. We should try to pay attention to our health, and when we notice any issue, we should try to examine ourselves medically.
We should also be of help to people who are within us or anywhere. When we notice any issue with them, we should reach out in one way or the other and know if we can be of help to them. We should not hesitate to help others; we can comfort those who might be in trouble and try to put smiling faces by God's grace and mercy on their faces.
Striking a balance is a great thing that we should always try to do in life.
