RE: BIRTH CONTROL: Governmental intervention in curbing the rising spate of overpopulation in my country

in Hive Learners6 months ago

I have noticed that majority of children without enough resources for their families to train them and put them in the right path end up roaming the streets and constituting nuisance in the society.

This is what the Northern part of Nigeria is battling with. I read a report that said that bandits/terrorists are recruiting teenagers with as low as 500 Naira. If these kids are catered for by their parents, they wouldn't form the pool of potential recruits. I wholeheartedly support government policy to force every parent to cater for his or her child.

Wow, didn't know it has gotten that worse. That is why we see a lot of them in the streets and on pedestrian bridges begging for things just to survive. I just hope the government is able to come up with a swift solution to battle this issue.

The innocent children are very vulnerable. My heart aches seeing them daily.
