Hi Friends,

Many would argue with me if I say that, I prefer a Personal Computer or PC over a more sophisticated smartphone for accomplishing the tasks I need to carryout in day to day life.
Here I go why I do so and I am sure many would agree with me that, the smartphones these days are smart enough to to use AI and write the code and create image or even create a movie clip.
BUT, as an IT professional, I still feel that, the smartphones are not equipped to do what a PC can do and here are the points:
Advantages of a PC over Smartphone:

Let me start with most basic things First, the comfort of typing using a bigger and real keyboard (than a virtual keyboard in smartphone) and viewing the details on a way bigger screen are what I enjoy the most whether it's watching a movie, writing code or browsing thru internet. Do you agree with me? ;)
However sophisticated a smartphone is, but still, we feel more comfortable with PC with activities such as word processing or gaming or editing the photos we have or even accounting.
There are high end applications which can only work on a PC or a laptop but not on a mobile such as frontend tools for writing code whether it's java or C++ or Dot Net or even Python and even we can add all those graphics design and animation.
Managing files that too high profile and large files is something which is literally not possible considering the low space options we will have in mobiles and copying them between sources is again not a feasible One as those takes more time on mobile however small the files are.
Opening multiple windows is another point I think which is more comfortable on a PC than a mobile phone although the phones allow multiple windows to be opened but not that feasible on mobiles considering the screen size.
Gaming is One of my favorites and I can say I am more comfortable playing games on a PC than a mobile including Hive's own game of Splinterlands as selecting those cards viewing the details of it and battling it out is eye catching and more comfortable to eyes on a PC.
Networking tasks such as setting up a network or managing those huge data servers is something literally not possible at all on mobile with all those complex tasks these activities involve.
Well there are many more if we keep listing that a computer is far more comfortable and can do as compared to a smartphone.
So, based on all these points, I would go with a PC if I have to chose between a PC and a mobile phone.
Ofcourse, these are the days where mobile phone is everything and we can't live without those, but typical PC's still hold good of their significance, right folks!!!!
Reason for this blog on PC vs Smartphone?
I am writing this because of September Inleo from Leofinance and Leogrowth is the source of inspiration for me to write about the communities and their support as part of monthly prompts by @leorowth team as shared below:
