Greetings everyone!
Here we go today with another blog something related to the volunteer. Well I think some people might does not get the activity to do. But I get this opportunity about doing the volunteer when I was in school. Well in starting it was really very danger activity for me but then I enjoyed a lot about this. As we all know that in this activity we need to see the people or take care of anything as per said to do. I think this is one of the most interesting job to do, and I love to do this. Well now let me share you how I enjoyed and what I was use to do.
In students there are many number of students and teachers were not be able to handle them all, so the principal were use to give a role to some students about the volunteer and you have to take care about the students and help to maintain the discipline and peace between all the students. This was very amazing job, but this role was given easily to all the students they select by seeing all their character and discipline in the school. It was hard to get the role, anyhow I just get the role and they gave me a batch to make sure that all the students are in discipline.
Well the main role was to handle the students and whenever there is any function in the school you need to organize that function and you need to handle all the situation to run it carefully and successfully. And I think this is one of the hardest part to do. And whenever there is also a teachers day in school all the volunteer need to become a monitor and make sure that students don't make any noise, it was really something like you are leading many people around you.
Other then that when ever there is any indian festival in the school like holi or diwali all the students use to bring the crackers or colors and they make the school dirty. So this was also one of the job to go and check in each and every class that students might not bring all this stuff and maintain them in discipline, we need to go each and every class to all the students present in front of your eyes.
But if you just misuse your role or you are doing your job very well, then your role might be take and given to someone else. This was one of the job where each and every student want to do and as I said it was hard to do. And if we talk something about the changes then I don't think to do it. Well I don't know about today's time they might even have change the rule but at then end I love to do this job and enjoyed a lot to become a leader for students.
