Hi, coffee lovers with a special idea!
There was a time when I wanted to open a café. Instead I opened a pub with my former husband. The closest we got to offering coffee there was giving a double espresso at 6 am and a B12 pill to the last drunk customers who had fallen asleep on the pool tables, hehe. From running a business like that one learns a lot about the economic and social risks and one also learns to separate the ideal from the optimal & feasible. Having a business that works directly with customers and whose consumables are perishable is not a glamorous job; on the contrary, it generates a lot of stress and worries. I would choose to have a café where the customers are relaxed people. I don't want them to relax in my coffee shop, I want them to be relaxed already once they get there, hahaha. They must also have good financial status to be able to pay for the good coffee and the good service that I would offer them and thus be able to ensure the prosperity of my business. That is why my café would be a club.
One of the ideas I had was Café Club.
Two separated areas, both with a sober and simple style, with lots of plants and earthy colors: a terrace where you can sit at a table in the open to have a coffee or tea and eat something. Another for special activities such as coffee tasting, gatherings and entertainment open to the public, an indoor space with all the infrastructure for audiovisuals.

Café Club has paid memberships, renewable every 6 months. And after 100 customers, you'll need a referral to qualify for a membership because we'll be that exclusive and successful, hahaha.

Our menu would include all kinds of coffee, plus assorted teas and pastries, everything gluten and casein free (well, because I'm the owner and I'm happier that way). Classical music, jazz and other euphonies kind to the soul and the environment.

Pet friendly, cellphones silenced, Keep your tone of voice civilized and low.
