Welcome to my dream:

Café el molino

Ever since I was a child, I have had the great dream of having my own coffee shop. A place to enjoy a pleasant atmosphere with instrumental music in the background. A corner with a library to read and buy literary texts.

It would have free internet connection for customers and an outdoor space for those who bring their pets. I would make DIY signs and decorations for the centerpieces.

The decoration would be in pastel tones and with a large windmill on the back wall with its blade spinning, ideal for customers to take their pictures.

I will serve the best coffee made with love and muffins, desserts and ice cream all products made by me with my brand the windmill.

I have started working on my dream. I enrolled in a course to become a Barista. I think that having a good Barista makes the coffee shop a success. So I started at the beginning.

This is the cover of my notebook for the classes starting soon.

Each cup of coffee is a journey of five senses.

Windmills are already a universal symbol of dreams. More precisely of dreamers who, against all odds, manage to transform their reality into something else.
Your cafe has many literary references, and not only because you want to have books there: apart from the windmills ), which take me to Quixote, there are the cupcakes, which evoke Joyce's Ulysses, and invite to a trip down memory lane.
I know of no better substance for a dream than rootedness in memory.
And there will be music... which brings me to Cortázar....
I hope your dream comes true and I hope I can have my picture taken in your cafe.

The owner must know the business. I believe that getting barista training for yourself and your employees in charge of preparing coffee for customers makes all the difference if you are going to embark--or have already embarked--on this project.

I love everything about your coffee shop, the name included!
