Moon Karts Season 45: My Results and Rewards Analysis
+ My New Seasonal Goals
It is several months that I play and have fun on Moonkarts, a Hive-based arcade race game that is part of the games featured on the Arcade Colony platform.
I started playing Moon Karts regularly and consistently from season 13 onwards.
Today, December 5, 2025, season 45 has ended, and in this post I share:
- an analysis of my results and the rewards I earned in season 45
- the goals I would like to achieve in the current season
Analysis of my results and rewards in season 45
On Moon Karts, seasons last 10 days.
In season 45, I used the same Kart Preset that I used in several previous seasons.
My Kart Preset consists of:
- Kart: Arachno Eclipse (Legendary)
- Driver: Drift (Legendary)
- Accessories: Flex Edge (Legendary), Jet Flow (Epic), Grip Ease (Rare)
- Tech Cards: Reinforced Body (Epic), Tire Upgrade (Epic), Engine Enhancement (Epic)
- Fuel Consumption: 221.1 (first 10 races), 243.21 (races 11-20), 267.53 (races 21-30)
I would like to improve the stats of my Kart Preset, but to do so I need to purchase NFTs that are better than those that make up my Kart Preset.
Unfortunately, on the Market, I don't like the prices for the NFTs I'm interested in.
I'd also like to buy some CENTAURI packs, but they're sold out on the Moon Karts website, and on Hive Engine, there are no offers for sale, only two offers to buy, which, incidentally, are mine.
In season 45, I increased the number of games played but did not reach my initial season goal of playing at least 300 games.
I did not reach this goal because I played 215 games.
In the last 8 seasons played, the highest number of races I played was 290 races in season 39.

In season 45, I started and ended the season with 876676.696 COLONY staked.
The amount of COLONY staked is an important element on Moon Karts because, together with the Rating (=Ranking points), it determines the Multiplier.
I like to track my gaming activity, and in the next images you can see the data I collected during season 45:
- the number of races I played in season 45
- the rating points I earned after each race
- my final position in each race
- the amount of Orbitals and Colony collected in each race
- the amount of FUEL consumed
On Moon Karts, all players start the season with 1000 ranking points.
The COLONY token rewards for each race increase as the ranking points increase = as the number of races played increases.
In the first race:
- I finished first (+10 ranking points)
- I collected 6 orbitals and 4 colony along the way (in-game items that do not correspond to COLONY tokens)
- I earned 2.34 COLONY
In the 215th race:
- I finished second (+8 ranking points)
- I collected 6 orbitals and 4 colony along the way
- I earned 38 COLONY
In the 212th race, I earned the highest amount of COLONY for the season: 69 COLONY
Considering only the rewards I won in individual races, I earned a total of 5245 COLONY.
My final results in the two seasonal leaderboards were:
- 5th place in the Orbital Leaderboard - Reward: 31975 COLONY (previous season: 6th place: 11928 COLONY)
- 5th place in the Ranked Leaderboard - Reward: 10404 COLONY (previous season: 7th place: 9390 COLONY)
Based on the market value (Highest Bid) of [COLONY] tokens (https://hive-engine.com/trade/COLONY) and the market value of HIVE tokens ($0.103), I calculated the value in SWAP.HIVE and dollars of the seasonal reward I received for playing in season 45.
Adding up all the rewards I earned (races + leaderboards), I received a total seasonal reward of 47624 COLONY = 8.47 SWAP.HIVE = 0.87$
On Hive Engine, the Highest Bid value of COLONY tokens is particularly low, which is why it is much better to use the SWAP feature of the COLONY:SWAP.HIVE pool.
In fact, selling 47624 COLONY on Hive Engine earns 8.47 SWAP.HIVE = $0.87
Exchanging 47624 COLONY through the COLONY:SWAP.HIVE pool allows you to receive 38.34 SWAP.HIVE = $3.93
When buying or selling COLONY tokens, always remember to check what you can get by using different sale/purchase options ;)
In season 45, I used 50499.07 FUEL to play 215 races.

Season 45 was definitely better for me than season 44 because I played many more races and earned many more COLONY tokens.

Thanks to the rewards I earned in season 45 (leaderboards + races) and thanks to the COLONY tokens I earned from the daily airdrop as an SPS stakeholder and GLX stakeholder (+550.43 COLONY), today I added +48174.19 COLONY to my stake.
I now have 924850.88 COLONY staked.
Thanks to my gaming activity in season 45, I have made progress towards my goal of accumulating 1 million COLONY tokens in staking because I have exceeded 920K COLONY in staking (92.49% of my goal).
To reach 1 million COLONY in staking, I need to accumulate 75,149.11 COLONY.
My goals for season 46
The new season, season 46, started less than a day ago and will end in 9 days and 17 hours.
I'm starting a new season but keeping my old seasonal goal unchanged because I haven't achieved it yet.
So, in season 46, I'll try to play at least 300 races!
I started the new season with three races and three first places.

With three first places:
- I earned 7.26 COLONY
- I accumulated 30 ranking points
- I consumed 729.63 FUEL
After three races, I am in 6th place in the Ranked Leaderboard and 3rd place in the Orbitals Leaderboard, but season 46 started just a few hours ago and the positions in the two leaderboards are obviously partial and provisional.

Moon Karts Season 45: l'Analisi dei miei risultati e delle mie ricompense
Da diversi mesi gioco e mi diverto su Moonkarts, un Hive-based arcade race game che fa parte dei giochi presenti sulla piattaforma Arcade Colony.
Ho iniziato a giocare con una buona regolarità e costanza a partire dalla stagione numero 13.
Oggi 5 dicembre 2025 è terminata la stagione numero 45 e in questo post condivido:
- l'analisi dei miei risultati e delle ricompense che ho ottenuto nella stagione 45
- gli obiettivi che mi piacerebbe raggiungere nella stagione in corso
L'analisi dei miei risultati e delle mie ricompense nella stagione 45
Su Moon Karts le stagioni hanno una durata di 10 giorni.
Nella stagione 45 ho utilizzato lo stesso Kart Preset che ho utilizzato in diverse stagioni precedenti.
Il mio Kart Preset che è composto da:

Mi piacerebbe migliorare le statistiche del mio Kart Preset ma per farlo ho bisogno di acquistare NFT migliori di quelli che compongono il mio Kart Preset.
Purtroppo nel Market non ci sono prezzi che mi piacciono per gli NFT che mi interessano.
Mi piacerebbe anche acquistare dei CENTAURI packs ma sul sito di Moon Karts sono sold out e su Hive Engine non ci sono offerte di vendita ma solo due offerte di acquisto che, tra l'altro, sono le mie.
Nella stagione 45 ho aumentato il numero di corse giocate ma non ho raggiunto il mio obiettivo stagionale iniziale che era di giocare almeno 300 corse.
Non ho raggiunto questo obiettivo perchè ho corso 215 corse.
Nelle ultime 8 stagioni giocate il maggior numero di corse che ho giocato è stato di 290 corse nella stagione 39.

Nella stagione 45 ho iniziato e concluso la stagione con 876676.696 COLONY staked.
Il quantitativo di COLONY staked è un elemento importante su Moon Karts perchè insieme al Rating (=Ranking points) determina il Multiplier.
Mi piace monitorare la mia attività di gioco e nelle prossime immagini puoi vedere i dati che ho raccolto durante la stagione 44:
- il numero di corse che ho giocato
- i punti di rating che ho guadagnato dopo ogni corsa
- il mio posizionamento finale in ogni corsa
- il quantitativo di Orbitals e Colony raccolti in ogni corsa
- il quantitativo di FUEL consumato
Su Moon Karts tutti i giocatori iniziano la stagione con 1000 ranking points.
Le ricompense in token COLONY per singola corsa aumentano con l'aumentare dei ranking points = con l'aumentare delle corse giocate.
Nella prima corsa:
- sono arrivato primo (+10 Ranking points)
- ho raccolto 6 orbitals e 4 colony lungo il percorso (in-game items che non corrispondono ai COLONY tokens)
- ho guadagnato 2.34 COLONY
Nella 215ª corsa:
- sono arrivato secondo (+8 Ranking points)
- ho raccolto 6 orbitals e 4 colony lungo il percorso
- ho guadagnato 38 COLONY
Nella 212ª corsa ho guadagnato il maggior quantitativo di COLONY stagionale: 69 COLONY
Considerando solo le ricompense che ho vinto nelle singole corse ho guadagnato in totale 5245 COLONY.
I miei risultati finali nelle due leaderboards stagionali sono stati:
- 5° posto nella Orbital Leaderboard - Reward: 31975 COLONY (stagione precedente: 6° posto: 11928 COLONY)
- 5° posto nella Ranked Leaderboard - Reward: 10404 COLONY (stagione precedente: 7° posto: 9390 COLONY)
In base al valore di mercato (Highest Bid) dei token COLONY e in base al valore di mercato del token HIVE (0.103$) ho calcolato il valore in SWAP.HIVE e in dollari della ricompensa stagionale totale che ho ricevuto per aver giocato nella stagione 45.
Sommando tutte le ricompense che ho guadagnato (races + leaderboards) ho ricevuto una ricompensa stagionale totale di 47624 COLONY = 8.47 SWAP.HIVE = 0.87$
Su Hive Engine il valore Highest Bid dei token COLONY è particolarmente basso e per questo motivo è molto meglio utilizzare la funzionalità SWAP della pool COLONY:SWAP.HIVE.
Infatti vendere 47624 COLONY su Hive Engine fa guadagnare 8.47 SWAP.HIVE = 0.87$
Scambiare 47624 COLONY tramite la pool COLONY:SWAP.HIVE permette di ricevere 38.34 SWAP.HIVE = 3.93$
Quando devi acquistare o vendere i token COLONY ricordati sempre di verificare prima quello che puoi ottenere utilizzando opzioni di vendita/acquisto diverse ;)
Nella stagione 45 per giocare 215 corse ho utilizzato 50499.07 FUEL

Ho sintetizzato i miei risultati totali stagionali in forma tabellare.
La stagione 45 è stata per me decisamente migliore della stagione 44 perchè ho giocato molte più corse e ho guadagnato molti più token COLONY.

I miei obiettivi per la stagione 46
La nuova stagione, la stagione 46, è iniziata da meno di un giorno e terminerà tra 9 giorni e 17 ore.
Inizio una nuova stagione ma mantengo inalterato il mio vecchio obiettivo stagionale perchè non l'ho ancora raggiunto.
Quindi anche nella stagione 46 cercherò di giocare almeno 300 corse!
Ho iniziato la nuova stagione con tre corse e tre primi posti.
