It was still in the early morning when I did the photo walk, when I notice this Lynx spider resting on a blade of grassy ornamental plant in my parent's house.
As I mentioned before, this spider is also the most common one that I can find around whenever I do a photo hunt, along with some of the jumping spiders.
This spider is an ambush type of spider, who will usually wait for their prey to come around its hiding place, and then will do the attract in a very surprising move.
What I love about this spider is the long leg with so many bristles on it and also the stripes that is has along its body. Very nice pattern, maybe it uses the stripes as part of the camouflage to keep them hidden while waiting for the prey to come.
