Maja Blanca Magic: A Dessert Made With Heart

It's another normal day at my work and we had our own work in this company that I had. Most employees were busy doing their work and there were some that were taking a little break because they were exhausted and tired.

On that day, one of my co-workers knows how to cook and we were surprise that he was good at making these kinds of food, and most especially a dessert food that he made.

In the afternoon, we were shocked that one of my co-worker brought food. It was a snack and dessert food for us, the employees, too.

It's not only one big rectangle shape tupperware that he brought but three of this shaped tupperware that he brought. When we open this tupperware, we saw this dessert snack and that is the Maja Blanca and on top of it was lots of cheese.

The Maja Blanca is one famous dessert food here in our place and many people loved to eat this kind of dessert. I've eaten this kind of dessert before and it was way back when I was still working at home and it was delectable.

When I saw this dessert after opening the tupperware, I instinctively said a wow factor because the smell was awesome and I want to taste it. It took maybe a couple of minutes for this to be sliced and distributed because we were waiting for one of our co-workers.

When I tasted this Maja Blanca, It was one of the best because the taste was so good. A creamy one with bits of corns from the Maja Blanca. Also, combined with the shredded cheese that makes really good to eat.

While one of our co-workers went to our designation place just to try and eat the Maja Blanca (take note that she was in another designation) because she wants to eat this Maja Blanca.

It was one of the best Maja Blanca that I've tasted because of lots of ingredients that my co-worker put from it.

I, together with my other co-workers were glad to eat this Maja Blanca that our new co-worker made. I asked if he was selling this kind of dessert and he said that yes, he was selling this kind of food and he made this just for us.

I asked my co-worker who made this Maja Blanca if he was selling this kind dessert food, and he said yes, he was selling this kind of dessert and not only this kind of dessert but also the cassava cake.

I plan on ordering the Maja Blanca because I want to share this dessert food to my family (my wife and my daughter). I know that my wife loves Maja Blanca and it was her favorite dessert food. She is likely happy to see if I will bring this dessert food to her.
