This week's undervalued posts are, as always, from talented and engaged ASEAN Hivers. 3 out of 4 of these posts are a treat for the mouth, but that is by sheer coincidence. Can you guess which one of these three is addictive? Well, if you're from Southeast Asia you probably already know about betel nuts, but if you're not it could be something you've never heard of.
With our belly full and our teeth stained red from the betel nut harvest, we move on to the last post for a little walk in a public park. In Malaysia there are no lions (anymore) that I know of in the wild, but you'll find a pretty mean concrete one in this post. My activity today is peeling betel nuts

In the last few weeks I have had no income at all, so I have been trying to peel betel nuts to sell. Look at the photo below. The areca nuts that I have been drying on the ground for several weeks are already dry and the skin can be peeled.

After all the chores in the house, I need to cook snack to sell, for an extra income. Last day, my uncle brought his harvested (saba) bananas to sell. He always brings them here when he harvests his banana plants, he sell for 25.00 pesos in 1 kl,it reached 22 kgs.all the bananas he sold to me.. So I decided to make banana suman to sell as well.

Bulatan Park - my favourite park
by: @luueetang(ᴇxᴄᴇʀᴘᴛ) Let's visit Bulatan Park today. How are you my friends? How has life been this week? This is one of my favourite parks, and I love it whenever I head here to jog. What is special about this park is that it has the longest jogging track here in Sarawak, at 2.5 km in length. There is a skatepark here too. This park is well maintained. In the evenings, this park is always full of people who come here to exercise and get fit. These pathways are well maintained.
