Amigos de @beentrepreneur. Deseo llegar hasta aquí para compartirles otra vez mis vivencias que se transforman con frecuencia en meditación y luego en acciones que me hacen crecer como emprendedora.
En el día de ayer, mi familia y yo estuvimos llegando hasta las tierras de unos amigos; ellos colaboran en la soberanía alimentaria de la localidad donde vivo. Y yo, que voy observándolo todo, me perdí en mis reflexiones que procuraré compartirles a ustedes y espero no agotarlos mucho.
En muchas culturas, el trabajo de la tierra es visto como una herencia que se transmite de padres a hijos. Ellos no solo cultivan sus tierras y aseguran su sustento, sino que también fortalecen su identidad y conexión con la naturaleza.
En los últimos años, hemos podido ver un renacer del interés por la agricultura y el trabajo en el campo. Se preguntarán qué tiene que ver esto con el emprendimiento. Pues que si lo impulsamos como emprendedores, vislumbraremos en esta actividad una oportunidad de negocio y sostenibilidad
La comercialización de productos agrícolas ha encontrado un nuevo auge. Y los emprendedores debemos crear canales directos entre los productores y los consumidores, que bueno fuera eliminar intermediarios y fomentar el consumo local.
En la actualidad observamos iniciativas como mercadillos agroecológicos y ferias de productores que permiten que los agricultores vendan sus productos frescos y saludables y de primera mano. Al mismo tiempo, estos espacios permiten una conexión directa entre los consumidores y los productores, generando apoyo importante a la economía local.
Sé que muchos emprendedores han optado por diversificar sus actividades, estableciendo cafeterías, restaurantes y tiendas de productos alimenticios.
La otra cara de la moneda es que ser un emprendedor en el campo presenta desafíos.
No les resulta fácil a los campesinos adaptarse a las nuevas tecnologías, la gestión de proyectos, y el entendimiento del mercado son habilidades que ellos deben desarrollar para asegurar el éxito.
No todos están dispuestos a acceder a recursos, a la capacitación y el apoyo que fortalecerán sus iniciativas y que garantizarán su viabilidad a largo plazo.
Por lo menos ésta familia que ayer visitamos sabe que el trabajo en la tierra es mucho más que una herencia o una manera de sobrevivir; es una oportunidad para ellos innovar y emprender.
Yo regresé con una visión clara. En el retorno a la tierra, no solo volvemos a nuestras raíces, también formamos parte de un futuro más sostenible y consciente. La agricultura puede ser el corazón de la economía local si se aborda con creatividad y compromiso.
Que bueno que la convirtamos en un motor de cambio social y económico.
