Namaste!
15 days ago, I pruned some of my curry leaf plants and also told you the benefits of pruning with the right reasons. But there is a big difference in just saying the benefits of something and highlighting the benefits by showing the change after doing something. Highlighting the change and explaining its benefits deepens the connection with readers and builds trust.
So this is the difference after 15 days!
New leaves started appearing on all the bushes from the fourth day of pruning but I thought that I should wait till they grow a bit and bloom so that you can observe their beauty.
Now with the growth of leaves, what you are seeing as small grains in between almost every growth are the fruits of curry leaves which when grown become almost as big as peas in which its seeds are also formed.
Now it is a normal thing that more energy is spent on growing the fruits than the leaves and these plants are grown in average sized pots meaning their roots neither have unlimited space for growing nor unlimited food, so in such a case it is important that the plant should use its energy not on fruits but on leaves, branches and growing dense.
And for that, in the next phase of pruning, I will have to remove this small form of flowers from the plant by cutting them so that this plant can first focus on strengthening itself.
I am also doing this because I already have 6-7 curry leaf plants and I don't need more plants. If you want seeds for more plants, you can let these fruits grow on a single branch without cutting them completely, but only on a single branch, because the more space the fruits grow on a plant, the less nutrition the leaves will get.
