Hi friends of eating out community it's been my wish that i make a post in this community for long time now because i and my friends eat out as a team every Saturday and we tagged in SHOKiN, but today it becomes a reality after giving it a thought i decided to take the step. We make visit to different restaurants in our city, the city of Aba, Abia State Nigeria.
This week one of the restaurants witnessed our presence in a good number. Before now, the organizer has notified us the previous day that our group lunch date known as SHOKiN will hold in that particular restaurant known as "Classic Kitchen" located at 64 st. Michaels road Aba. This wasn't our first visit but our second, getting to know the location we were not happy as the last time we visited wasn't productive because we had only snacks, there was no solid food for matured people 🤣 but he said we shouldn't worry that there's gonna be good food this time.
We were meant to get to the location individually, so the early birds had to wait for the people coming behind. While waiting we had to engage in conversation about the restaurant keeping our fingers crossed eager to see what they will offer. As the saw an encouraging number of us, their waiters were sent to our different tables to take our orders.
I ordered for their moi moi and the yummy pie, it was actually my choice. The yummy was so affordable and tasty, guess why it's called yummy, it hard eggs and mackerel fish in it. Just at the taste of it and giving my review right away the demand went high, most wanted to have a taste.
While i was busy enjoying what i have ordered, some of my team members ordered for swallow, such as; semovita, garri and so on with different kinds of soup. The one whose table water is standing ordered for white soup, soup had assorted protein majorly from goat, and it was tasty. The lady who has no water in her tray ordered for draw soup precisely okro while the other two ordered for same soup, uha with same local swallow called akpu. It was as if the people occupying this table went for meeting to order swallow.
My friend @chydon always in a haste ordered for their party jollof rice with goat meat. The rice was flavorful in taste and the goat meat was peppered well to taste.
It was a good weekend as we spent a day and had lunch together as friends and a team. Being with you people always make my day.
