ArcadeColony: Nice pump in Colony price, DEC breaking PEG, and SPS ready for explosion.
One thing that kept me busy in Hive is play2earn games in Hive, and in the current scenario, I am playing two play2earn games in Hive i.e Splinterlands and the other is the Moonkarts. One of the good things is that along with playing games, I also keep accumulating the governance token of the games also. The list of play2earn games tokens includes SPS of Splinterland's , GLX of Genesis Goals League, and COLONY for the Moonkart's games. This keep me invested in the game with the assets and the tokens of the game. Since I started with Splinterland's game long ago, I have already met my SPS goal of 300K SPS, in the same way, I accumulated 200K GLX , but I an not playing Genesis League Goal due to time constraints. For the COLONY token, I have set my goal to have at least 1 million tokens.
COLONY Tokens have shown a nice pump today, I am not sure of the exact reason. Maybe the new game of "Stakehoused Den" under the Arcade Colony platform may be creating a strong interest in the token. Currently, pack opening is enabled for the game, and game can be played in test mode but it may require a few more days when the game can be played in the test mode.
Also season #24 of the Moonkarts game has concluded, and I got some 600 Colony for Orbital leaderboards rewards and 4132 COLONY for the ranked rewards. Overall my rewards are reduced a little bit in this season, but I am still able to increase my COLONY stake to now more than 40K.
DEC has reached the peg or over the peg.
For a time, DEC was trading over the peg and DEC maintained value of more than 97 cents per 1000 DEC and it is a good sign for the Splinterland's ecosystem.
SPS is going to explode in the coming days.
If you look at the below chart, then it will be clear that SPS price is doubled in past 2 months.
With DEC remaining on the peg, burning of the SPS is now becoming a reality and lot of users have burned DEC to produce SPS. Though the presale is going to end soon, it is expected that demand of the DEC and SPS will surge again once general sale goes live.
General sale is going to offer "Starter packs" and I am sure that will be having the good demand that can keep and build the momentum.
My 2 cents.
Currently, I am hoping more growth for COLONY and SPS and may be they will do another 2x from here. I am now keep earning and staking my token until they make another 20x from here.
