Greeting Everyone, Especially You Slothly Savers people.

Today I am talking about something related to gaming again. If last week I talked about Limitless, this week is about Stake House Den.

I knew this game was released last year, and I planned to play this game. However my late father passed away so I chose not to play any new game last year.

Stake House Den itself is one of the game under the Arcade Colony ecosystem. We have stake house den and moon cart, and you can count in Splinterlands too, because the founder was the same guy.

I like the concept of playing gambling games, regarding I am a retired gambler. I do not want to use any real money into betting, but I love those games.

So today I played some game on Stake House Den, the black jack. Too Bad I could only play for two rounds, because I ran out of hot souce lol.

Oh look at this, I won 0.02 $Colony. Honestly I never expected to win any, because today login and play was purely for fun.

I checked my Hive Engine wallet and I had 0 Colony token. I recalled that I used them all for Moon Cart game in the past, and because it was laggy and somehow did not fit my taste, I decided to call it off.

From the rewards section, I realized that there was a Colony Staking Factor. So I believed staking Colony token should be helpful.

So I decided to get some Colony, around 10K and staked them. Staking Colony is not from Hive Engine Wallet, but you need to transfer them into Arcade Colony interface / wallet and staked them there.

The way Colony token work is a bit similar to Splinterlands' SPS. So Splinterlands players should be easier to understand how this works.

Anyway from the leaderboard, a single day of playing with 2 round of blackjack, put me into rank 32 Leaderboard. It is easy o say that this game has less than 30 players. That is why I call Stake House Den is unpopular, it is not because it is bad but people might not know this game exist.

Or maybe the genre is not popular? Well I don't know, you tell me then...

Ok because I care to play this game, I need to get a hot sauce right? From their information section, or the github or the tokenomic, or whatever, this is what is written there.

Hot Sauce can be generated by staking both cards and script. The generation rate will depend on card level, rarity and foil. Higher level cards, higher rarity and gold foil generate more hot sauce than lower level cards, lower rarity and regular foil cards, respectively.

Because I am a Splinterlands Gold Foil Fray Brawler, I dwell with the Gold Foil only. I want to have that spirit into this game, so I get a gold foil card from the market.

I get this gold foil cards with a bargain price, less than a dollar. A pack is a dollar, so it is fairly cheap, or that what I think about it.

Then I realized I just made a big mistake. In this game, the Gold Foil was not highly valued like in Splinterlands. A Gold foil card produce the same hot sauce with a regular foil card, only their level will differ it.

I forgot that they put this rule on the hot sauce generation:

Hot Sauce Generated = Merge Count x Generation Factor for the Card

So it doesn't matter how good your gold foil is, if it is low level or level 1, it is the same as regular foil.

Well that the price I have to pay for being so full of my self about Gold Foil. Now I need to save up some Hive, because I will need to buy maybe 2-3 packs, to get a good stream in of Hot Sauce. I need that hot sauce to play this game.

I have spent around $1.5, maybe I will spend up more up to $5 by getting some packs. Later after I get better understanding about this game, I will add $5 more, and so on.

MY HIVE GOALS 2026 - SLOTHLY SAVER

Ok now we come to the main part of this post. It is an update report about my saving goals. Please take a note here that my timeline or calendar is different than the general slothly savers calendar, but the idea is still the same.

PRIMARY GOAL: HIVE POWER (HP)

My Primary goal is to build up my Hive Power (HP) to a Hive Orca Size, or around 62.000 HP. It is definitely very difficult, almost impossible for me, but that's a goal should be.

This week is not a good week for my HP Growth. I only get 83 HP, it's below 100 HP per week which is a minimum growth I have set for months.

But I can not blame anyone here. I do not write everyday and when I have the time, I chose to try some other posts which gave me less rewards. Sometime we do posting for fun, it is not all about rewards anyway.

SECONDARY GOAL: EDSI (HIVE-ENGINE TOKEN)

EDSI was EDS in the past, is the income token from eddie earner, the sub project of SPI for the previous #saturdaysavers club. My goal this year is to get atleast 400 EDSI token, so I can get some weekly HIVE regularly.
