A Walk With a Camera Testing

in Outdoors and more2 days ago (edited)

Greetings, friends.
Do you remember, friends, how a week ago it was a sunny day, and there was a walk in the snow? In a week, all the beauty disappeared, and Nature turned gray again. On the one hand, this is sad, but on the other hand, I am glad that on the last day of autumn, I understand that winter cannot yet capture our region, and it will be relatively warm for exactly 2 weeks or even more. I don't want the onset of frost; I want to show people that a warm winter is good.
Last week, on the AVITO marketplace, I purchased a Cyber-shot DSC-HX300 camera. It's not a new camera, it cost me about $100. Why did I buy it? It has a large ZOOM, up to x50. And I also want to use it to shoot videos.
Last Saturday, I decided to test it on a walk, but it turned out that the photos were not recorded on the memory card. I had a good memory card in stock, and yesterday I decided to use this camera again for a walk. But by mistake, I specified the small size of the photos in the settings. It's even become funny.
Today I used this camera again on a walk. I can say that the result was quite decent for this camera. He's just what I expected.

Am I missing something? I haven't been here for a month. What happened to the road? At the end of September, the rains began, the ground in the forest became soft, and during strong winds, the old trees fell, but this did not stop the poachers; they sawed down the trees, but the road was ruined.

There is silence in the forest; the birds are not singing, they have all flown to my house, to the feeder. Of course, this is a joke, but in fact, birds are looking for food closer to humans.

There are no fishermen on the river now, only poachers with their illegal fishing gear.

I came to this place to test the ZOOM on the camera. I want to shoot at that far point, in the neighboring village!

f/5.6, 1/250s, ISO-800, 94mm - x21, automatic configuration.

f/6.3, 1/125s, ISO-800, 200mm - x46, automatic configuration.

So, I opened the map and checked the distance between the point where I was standing and the houses I was photographing. The result turned out to be 3.21km; at first, I had assumed about 2 km. The result was higher than I expected! It turns out to be a wonderful pair of binoculars!
Now I need to wait for a clear night sky with the Moon and look at the craters.

This forest is about 15 years old. It is located 150 meters from my house. I remember how small pines began to grow out of the soil like bristles. This clearing was made for a ski run, but now the approaches to it are overgrown.
Now I rarely go to this place, but sometimes I do.

Friends, goodbye! Until the next walk.
