Splinterland Brawls are a guild event where you can earn merits and SPS. This post serves as a way for me to review how my fights went and as a reminder to sign up for the next brawl. I did see the result screen, but it was late and I forgot to take screenshots.
Brawl fights
I won 4 fights, and lost the other 4. There were no free wins this time around. I saw this from the guild page, but I forgot to screenshot. Below is an idea of the match and a few thoughts about it, but it was a decent brawl this time around.
You can find the first match here. I won this match because I had the stronger lineup. My summoner reduced the magic damage, and I was able to just take out my opponent before he could wipe me out.

You can find the third match here. I lost this match because my opponent had a stronger lineup. Quora with a magic increasing summoner is hard to ebat.
You can find the fourth match here. I lost this match because my opponent had a stronger lineup. My damage was too spreadout due to the ruleset, and my opponent's protect made it hard to kill off his monsters.
You can find the fifth match here. I won this match because I had the stronger lineup, but I wasn't expecting to win. My repair monster kept my tank alive long enough for me to win.
You can find the sixth match here. I lost this match because my opponent had a stronger lineup. That last monster and taunt monster messed me up quite a bit. My backline monsters took a long time before it could kill them. By then, it was too late for me to make a comeback.
You can find the seventh match here. I lost this match because my opponent had a stronger lineup. I lost due to the speed advantage that my opponent had. I missed far too many attacks, and I couldn't do much after I started losing monsters.
Brawl Result
I chose the gold foil modern Brawl, and I got 4 wins and 4 losses. I did decent this time, and my guild did quite well as well. It's better than the bad brawl we got last time. One of the remaining officers assigned the inactives into the empty frays, and those free wins helped out.
Conclusion
The brawl was decent for me, and the rewards do add up. It's more or less inline with what I got from my previous brawls, as my guild is constantly in that 6th to 8th place range lately. I did decent on my fights, and I am hoping my next brawl is just as good or better.
